Luxurious, ocean front, furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo, includes amenities, located above the historic, charming Avila Market with gourmet deli and convenience items. Unusual opportunity to be right across from the sand at Avila Beach. From your windows and desk on this second story unit enjoy the views of endless waves to the horizon. From your deck your view includes the Avila Pier, the artistic Avila boardwalk along the beach, Port San Luis and the foothills next to the ocean. Primary Bedroom has a queen bed and TV. Second Bedroom has a full bed. Living room has queen sofa sleeper and twin air bed for flexible sleeping setup. Linens are provided for all sleeping arrangements. Smart TV, DVD player, Gas fireplace, stereo with speakers to the deck. Beautiful kitchen with granite counters, ice maker refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, dishes, appliances. Linens and bath towels provided. Washer, Dryer. Ocean facing deck with gas BBQ and deck furniture. Parking for 2 cars in tandem garage (standard height) located in a gated area, accessed from the block behind the building, under the Avila Market. Two full flights of stairs are required to get from the parking garage to the front door.

Unfortunately it turned out poor due to we found out there was pre-existing hallway toilet blockage the first night. It was a Sunday after 5p, the existing plunger was broken, went dow to nearby market to buy new one. Had 2-good Samaritans offer to help us. Offered them 60 for their 1-hour time. It plugged again on late Monday morning. Had to soak up with many towels due to the overflow. Called PM, they had their plumber fix while we were away in the afternoon. They did not complete the job due to leaving the wet towels tainted with fecal matter around the toilet when we got home. Asked for the 60 reimbursement to fix their toilet on a Sunday nite, PM made the moronic comment that they would if we could provide a receipt from the two Good Samaritan strangers. Very disappointed, should have been credited 250 minimum at the end for the expense & trouble in my opinion. Jeff Post

Just a delightful experience! The staff was always available to answer questions through the rental process and during our 3-day stay.The unit was as advertised w/ a clean patio and unobstructed ocean view.

Pros: The location is great. Parking in the garage is nice.Cons: The bed in the primary bedroom is not comfortable. The dishwasher is extraordinarily loud. Sounds like something is broken. The TVs are mounted way too high, doesn't really make sense why they're mounted where they are.

Perfect Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this little treasure can't be beat; beautiful ocean view and easy access to the beach and all the shops. All the amenities we needed were there but we didn't find the closet (outside the front door) with the beach toys until we were leaving. The only complaint I have is the uncomfortable Queen mattress. The rest of the furniture and layout are just fine, but man that mattress not so much!

Perfect location

Perfect location , some things in disrepair. Coffee table about to collapse and sink in one bathroom barely drain and master bed mattress not very comfortable and worn down. Despite that , the location is amazing and worth it.

Has gotten worn down

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed here off and on for the past 15 years. The condition of the interior is tired and dirty in places that aren’t normally cleaned by housecleaning staff. Fans are needed to keep the middle room tolerable, and the fans are disgustingly dirty. There is very little space for putting your bedroom things, and the one dresser that’s in the master closet is broken. The broken living room table (pinching hazard for my little granddaughter) that was reported on check-in was never fixed. And we never did find the air mattress. Ugh, probably won’t be staying there ever again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and 2 young granddaughters enjoyed our 4 night stay. It is a small unit but the open floor plan makes it feel much bigger. We loved the outdoor area giving us a lovely ocean/beach view! The rental includes a parking garage which was a huge bonus! As others have said - there is a little noise coming from the market below but not during the main sleeping hours. Bring a sound machine if you’re concerned about it. The only suggestion- the beds could really use new mattresses. That being said, we would stay here again. We had a wonderful time!

Incredible Location in Avila!

We stayed here when attending a family wedding that was nearby. This is a PRIME location in Avila that gives you great access to Avila Beach, the restaurants/shops, and anything you want to do in Avila. There is even a tandem parking garage, so you do not have to work to find limited parking in town. The view from the patio was incredible! We loved staying here! The beds were not the most comfortable beds, but it was not a big enough deal to impact our stay. There were also lots of bonus items that my family enjoyed such as board games/cards. There was even an outdoor shower to wash the sand off from the day on Avila Beach! We will stay here again!

Beautiful spot, perfectly furnished.

This is a gem of a property right off the sand in Avila Beach. Stayed with 2 kids, 2 parents, 2 grandparents, and the sofa sleeper and air mattress worked great. We really enjoyed sipping coffee watching the sunrise over the beach, and made great use of the grill with ribeyes and salmon on consecutive nights. Nice and quiet at night. I would love to come back again!

Perfect spot for Avila Beach

This condo is perfect for the location and layout! We had friends renting the condo next door and it was so nice to open up the patio and share it. The views from the patio are exceptional, we enjoyed it all hours of the trip. The beach is a few steps away which is amazing. The grocery downtlstairs has the best hot good as well as acai bowls downstairs... everyone enjoyed it! Great trip!
