This 2 BD/2 BTH ground floor villa is truly stunning. Your open floor plan great room has amazing views. The leather reclining sofas are so comfy and there is an overhead ceiling fan to keep you cool. All the TVs in this villa have Roku Streaming in HD. Lux Speed WiFi is also available throughout the property at no additional charge. Step out onto your patio from the great room and enjoy your coffee and croissant on the covered main patio while watching the turtles and fish in the large pond right outside your living room & main bedroom door, there's plenty of seating for everyone!

The kitchen is ultra modern and very well equipped so you can enjoy cooking a gourmet meal or a quick lunch, breakfast, or an on-the-go snack. The kitchen has high end cabinets and counter tops with plenty of light fixtures. The breakfast bar has seating and the dining table seats 6. Enjoy your meals in the villa if you don't feel like going out! The dining area is great for playing board games and cards, too. The washer and dryer are located in the kitchen for your convenience.

This villa offers tranquility no matter what part of the condo you walk into. The Twisted Anchor Main Suite features a king size bed with high thread count luxury bed linens. You'll love having your own TV and direct access to the patio from your bedroom sliding door. As you walk into the main bath you will find a walk-in shower to rinse off a "hard day" at the beach and double vanities, too. The main bathroom also offers fluffy high-quality bathroom towels.

The Salty Shark Second Bedroom features two queen size beds with two separate closets and a second covered patio of its very own. You have your own TV in this bedroom, too. The Second Bathroom is adjacent to this bedroom with a tub-shower combo and a single vanity.

Parking is available in throughout the Edgewater Beach Resort. Parking passes purchased by guests on line in advance directly from the resort and will be picked up when you arrive at the gate. Parking rules and house rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles and all guests must wear wristbands while on property. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.

The kids splash pad is available free of charge as well. Each Tower and Leeward/Windward has its own private beachfront pool with various hot tubs scattered about the Tower side.
