Our 1st floor condo, unit 101 is located directly on the beach at Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort on Front Beach Road.

PERFECT FOR TWO FAMILIES TRAVELING TOGETHER - THREE MASTER SUITES

This spacious non-smoking, corner 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom condo is located on the 1st floor, in Tower 2. Unit 101 features 3 bedroom SUITES with a 525 sq. ft. private wrap-around balcony. Enjoy panoramic views of the emerald Gulf plus all the action on the beach. Unit is only approx. 15 stairs to the beach, pools, jacuzzi's and much more.

Inside... YOU can expect the UNEXPECTED! Our 1847 square-foot deluxe unit is the largest and most luxurious suite style at Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort. LAVISHLY DECORATED, using a West Indies, tropical theme - you can imagine being in ISLAND PARADISE! As soon as you enter the foyer, you'll realize that this unique vacation destination is going to be one to remember.

The master bedroom suite has its own access to the spacious balcony through a set of sliding doors. In this bedroom there is a king size bed, a flat screen Smart TV, 2 roomy closets and en-suite bathroom that host a bathtub/ shower and a vanity with two sinks.

The second bedroom is also a master suite, offering a queen size bed and a Smart TV. This bedroom also has an en-suite combination bathroom with bathtub/shower with a 2 sink vanity.

The third bedroom has it's own entrance from the hallway with a private attached 3rd bathroom. It provides a bathtub/shower combination with a one sink vanity.

Quality linens, bedding and fluffy bath towels, hand towels and washcloths are provided for your use. One set for up to 8 guests. We do NOT provide beach towels. However, if you don't want to pack your own you can buy inexpensive beach towels at one of the many beach stores in the area.

SPACIOUS BALCONY & MILLION $$ VIEWS

Besides loving everything Edgewater has to offer, one of the main reasons why we bought this condo was THE VIEW- white colored sandy clean beaches and of turquoise blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The private balcony opens from the dining room, kitchen, living room, master bedroom suite and 1st guest bedroom suite. New patio sliders were installed in March 2022. The balcony faces both south and east so you can sun worship, while other members of your party retreats to the shade. The 525-square-foot wrap-around balcony, the largest at Edgewater also provides a nice cross-breeze to make even the hottest day tolerable. The balcony is furnished with comfortable chairs for outdoor dining, relaxing with a good book, or just enjoying one of our spectacular sunsets over the emerald-green water and shimmering, crystal white sand of the Gulf beaches.

Additional information:

* This is our home. NOT A HOTEL. Be kind. Respect. You will be charged for damage and for pure neglect.
* This unit never hosts any animals.
* 24/7 Gated Security and security guard walk through throughout entire resort. Gate code to access resort from beach. Security Enforced!
* We will not accept rentals for those under the age of 26. Age verification is required.
* During Spring Break (March- mid April) and Summer (mid May through mid August) we have a 7 night minimum requirement, arriving Saturday and departing on Saturday. Monthly rates available in Jan 1- Feb 28.
* Check-in is 4:00 p.m. C.T., Check-out is 9 a.m. Central Time. Failure to abide results in a charge. Why? Cleaning takes time...
* Our condo is "non-smoking/ no e-cigarette vaping" and again, "no animals are permitted."
* There is HDTV with internet so you can use easily your Netflix, Amazon or Hulu accounts to watch your favorite programs. Free high-speed internet and free Wifi.
* The average water temperature is in the high 70's and the average air temperature is high 70's*. Therefore, it is extremely pleasant for you all year round.
* We are thrilled to confirm that the local authorities have completed their inspection of the newly installed fire suppression system on the first floor.
