1BR ski condo - Walk to ski slopes, pool, & hot tub!

1BR, updated Rockies Condo. New floors, paint, & furniture. Great location - less than 10 min walk or free city shuttle (winter) to base area! King bed in bedroom, fireplace, balcony with bistro table, small dining table, fully equipped kitchen, and ski locker. Complex includes heated pool (open all year), two hot tubs, laundry, grills, sand volleyball court, & free parking. Close to base (walkable), groceries & restaurants, & 2 mi to downtown. Come enjoy all Steamboat Springs has to offer!

Our unit is on the second floor in the Rockies Condo complex. The complex is in a great location that is less than a 10 min walk to the base area (or a short / free shuttle in the winter) and about 2 mi from downtown. The complex features a very nice heated pool and two hot tubs. Both are open year around. There is also a laundry, a grilling area, and sand volleyball court onsite within a very short walking distance from the unit. There is an external ski locker just outside the door for ski or summer outdoor gear.

The unit has a balcony with two benches to relax or enjoy a coffee or drink. This is a cozy one bedroom unit with a comfortable king bed. The living area includes a gas fireplace, comfortable sofa, and small dining table. There are two smart TVs with cable to kick back and relax--one in the bedroom, one in the living area. Wifi is included. The dining table or small table in the bedroom each also serve as great locations to get some work done (if needed).

There is a bar or small dining table for eating in, and there is a kitchen that includes all major appliances, a Keurig coffee maker (with a few pods included), and cookware, dishes, etc. for preparing meals.

The unit has baseboard heaters and two tower fans for the summer (NO AC, which is the norm for most places in the mountains). Hairdryer and iron/ironing board are also available in the closet.

The unit is in extremely convenient to all Steamboat has to offer, including the base area for both winter and summer activities, downtown, the beautiful Yampa River, Strings Pavilion, Fish Creek Falls, hot springs, Steamboat Botanical Gardens, and fantastic hiking and mountain biking trails (Spring Creek, Emerald Mountain, Rabbit Ears, Buffalo Pass, etc).

Parking is just outside the unit. There is a bus stop (purple line) just out the door across the parking lot. This bus runs every 20 minutes in the winter months . It is only about a 8-10 minute walk to the base up a walking path from the complex.
Other things to note
Pets of any sort are not allowed (per HOA policy). In addition, absolutely no smoking in the unit or on the balcony. Given the size of the unit, guest capacity is capped at two people (children under 2 yo do not count toward the limit).
