Welcome to Tidewater! This condo was remodeled with new painting, lighting, appliances, furnishings, and all the comforts of home in mind!

You can spot dolphins playing in the morning and enjoy the stunning sunset in the evening from our private spacious balcony!
One bedroom two full baths, king bed, bunk beds, queen sleeper sofa. Washer/dryer inside unit. Cable. HBO. Secured parking. High speed WIFI.

• AGE RESTRICTIONS 25
The resort states the minimum age requirement for rentals is 25. The reservation must be in the name of someone 25 or older who must be present and show state or government issued identification.

• HOA REGISTRATION FEE
The resort Registration Fee is $45 plus Florida taxes. This includes 2 parking permits and up to 6 armbands. You may do advanced registration to save $10 if you complete the registration 24 hrs. before you arrive. Every reservation must register and pay HOA registration fee. Proper ID wristband are required to be worn at all times while on property. Registration fee include the following amenities: privileges for all three pools, fitness center, Sauna, steam room, wet bar, theater, game room and secured parking.

• Accommodate maximum of 4 adults and 2 children below age of 5. Any children above the age of 5 is considered adult. Enter the correct number of guests at booking! Additional guest fee for over 4 guests. Guests stay in the unit are not allowed to exceed the number listed at booking.

• Early check-in and late check-out are available for guests with the owner's approval and will incur additional fees.

• For the safety and security of our guests and property, please note that there is a doorbell camera located at the entry door. This camera is focused solely on the entry area to monitor arrivals and ensure the security of the property. Please be assured that your privacy is important to us, and the camera does not monitor any other areas of the accommodation.

• Amenity limitations - The condo is not baby proof or child proof. You will need to bring a portable crib/ baby gate.

• Beach Chairs/Umbrella: We provide portable beach chairs and an umbrella in the unit for your use. If you prefer the onsite beach service setup, those rentals are available through a third-party vendor and not included in the unit rent.

The beach view was beautiful! Its a little high for my liking (20th floor) but the views were great. We loved the pool areas and hot tubs. Loved having an umbrella and sand toys in the room for us to use.

Great experience at Tidewater 2007

We really enjoyed our stay. The only negative about the property is the difficulty in using the elevators, specifically in the afternoons. The room was clean and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. No complaints at all. We enjoyed our time!

Awesome vacation

My kids and I had a fantastic time in PCB. The check in and check out process was by far the easiest I have ever experienced. We had an issue with one of out bracelets not working, and a small issue with the door to the room. Beyond that, the stay was flawless. We will definitely be back.

The room was great and had everything we needed. The worst part of it was the slow elevators there were times you had to wait 30 minutes or more.

Quaint family getaway

We were on family Spring Break and this vacation spot was amazing. This place is in a perfect location facing the beach and less than mile from the boardwalk. The kitchen was equipped with any and everything you need! The tvs are cable ready just wished we had access to a few apps like Netflix, Hulu and Amazon but besides that this was perfect oasis!

Last Minute Getaway

Quick getaway for my husband and myself. The place was clean, and comfortable. We were on the beach the majority of the time, so we didn’t use a lot of the amenities, but it was the perfect getaway. Make sure to use the tips for the elevators and you will have a fantastic vacation.

Great time good place to stay!

The only negative was dishwasher leaked when used. The bed was super comfortable. The tv was good. The appliances all worked great and were very clean. It’s a beautiful view and furniture was clean

Surprise Getaway

I surprised my girlfriend with a 5day trip to Florida, and we stayed at Anna's place. The view both front and rear balcony are amazing. The location is in the best place possible and we absolutely loved it. We WILL without a doubt stay here again. Anna was a breath of fresh air to work with and made the trip so much smoother.

A quiet, well-outfitted, well-located, reasonable respite

My wife and I were looking for a place to "park" for the month of February and we were happy to have found this unit. The 20th floor overlooking the beach was an amazing setting (we saw dolphins, manta rays and schools of fish as well as the Mardi Gras fireworks from the balcony). The residents are mostly retired folks, who were all polite and friendly, and the facilities were all in good shape. Anna was very responsive. We will be looking forward to another visit here - my wife has already said she misses PCB!

Great Place and Quick Response

I’ll start off by saying we had a great time. The only real issues we had was the elevators taking forever (can’t help that) and the bottom mattress of the bunk bed being outdated and kind of caved in the middle. Upon a few conversations with Anna (property manager) she got the mattress replaced while we were staying there. Would absolutely recommend it!

My Tidewater Experience

Tidewater was such a friendly and relaxing environment. Some of my close friends and I stayed for a week in March and could not be happier with our experience. This condo was beautiful and had everything we needed to make our stay wonderful. The pictures of the condo online depicted its appearance perfectly and were helpful in picking somewhere to stay. The owner was more than helpful in giving us all the information we needed during our vacation here. Tidewater was close to a large number of delicious restaurants and close to the pier. I had such a relaxing and peaceful time here and would highly recommend choosing this condo to stay for your next vacation!

Wonderful place to stay!

I found this condo thru VRBO.com. I requested information and within just a few minutes, Anna had emailed me back with all my information. The booking process was very easy, informative, and quick! The condo was very clean. It was equipped with everything anyone would need. It's very roomy with lots of space so you aren't right on top of each other. The balcony offers some wonderful views. We saw dolphins swimming from the balcony. The reset as a whole is very clean also. This condo is located just 5 minutes from Pier Park, within walking distance if you didn't care to take a 10-15 minute walk. We enjoyed our stay in PCB here! You will too.

Wonderful stay and host

The property is wonderful, it has a full bedroom and bunkbeds in the hallway that we used during our stay, 2 bathrooms, and a full kitchen with all the kitchenware. The view from the 20th floor balcony was phenomenal. We stayed over the Fourth of July and was a great height to see the fireworks along the beach. The condo was extremely clean and for being a beach property did not feel much of any sand on the floors. I was pleasantly surprised. Anna is very attentive and responsive and responded quickly to inquiries. I recommend this condo, but agree with other reviewers about the elevators, be patient and avoid the busy times and you will be fine. We didn’t have any serious issues with the elevators and always had less than a 7 minute wait even with lines. So it didn’t impact our stay. We packed light to the pool and beach, and didn’t bring a wagon. The wagons and luggage carts can be difficult to get an elevator to fit them.

Great Family Vacation

Overall great experience, owner was awesome and very attentive. She responded immediately to any issues. Condo was very clean. Elevators were slow like everyone says. We went over 4th of July, so that was a very busy time. We learned some tricks to help with wait time such as best times to use the elevators, and we learned that when arriving back to condo and getting an elevator, that it was quicker to walk down to ground floor and catch one from there. All staff was very nice, I think check in was rougher due to how busy they were. Lots of security and staff was always cleaning. Overall a good experience.

Awesome place

Loved everything about this place except if you rent a golf cart they are not allowed on the property but you can park it across the street. The unit was clean and the view was beautiful
