Cozy Ground Floor Condo at Kihei Akahi C-108. A/C to be installed soon!

Air conditioning will be installed as soon as more inventory is available on Island. I am very conscientious of climate change, but the increasing temperature and the comfort of my guests influenced my decision to install a/c. My condo at Kihei Akahi C-108 is not just a vacation rental, it is my second home. I personally visit several times a year to make sure it is properly prepared for your enjoyment. Tropical style louvered windows let in 100% of the breeze from the Trade winds and offer a view of the garden area. The bedroom does not receive direct sun so it stays cool with a ceiling fan and windows. One of Kihei's best beaches is located across the street. Turtles swim close to shore as they feed among the lava rocks. There are tidal pools to explore and great snorkeling from the shore. In the winter months whales can be seen breaching as you relax in your beach chair. Return to the beach in the evening for a spectacular sunset. There is really no need to visit other beaches as Kamaole II has it all and the convenience of being close to the condo.

Enjoy the friendly atmosphere and beautifully landscaped gardens of Kihei Akahi from the private lanai. Palm trees growing next to the lanai gently sway in the tropical breeze. There are 2 swimming pools and BBQ areas.

Shopping and numerous restaurants are within walking distance. Mahogany and bamboo furnishings have been carefully selected from a local furniture store to make your stay a pleasant one. A well-planned, fully-equipped kitchen will make cooking seem effortless. Relax at night in a very comfortable, queen-size, solid mahogany platform bed with a Tempur-pedic mattress topper. A fabricated marble shower was made by a local designer in Haiku. There are always changes being made to the condo to improve the decor. This is a must see condo. Smoking is not allowed in the condo or on the lanai.
