And feel free to bring your EV - we've got a level 2 charger in the garage for you to make sure your car is ready to go on your adventures in Central Oregon.

THE SPACE\\
Welcome to 18 Bunker Lane! Our home is ready for you and your friends or family to enjoy a fabulous adventure in Sunriver. You can stay cool with our AC for summer and feel toasty warm with heat and a beautiful fireplace in the living room for winter.

ACTIVITIES\\
16 SHARC passes are available for pool fun for the whole group! These passes also give you access to the boat launch, disc golf, and the tennis/pickleball courts! You'll find pickleball rackets/balls in our garage that you can take to local courts.

Explore the trails in Sunriver with bikes and a kids bike trailer.

Spend your free time time playing foosball (bunk room), ping pong, darts, or cornhole (garage).

Enjoy the winter wonderland on a sled or with a snowball fight!

Spend some time relaxing in the hot tub for the perfect unwind.

BEDROOMS\\
Sleeps 16 guests comfortably. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan.

Each of the 5 King suites has its own attached bathroom with heated floors.

Enjoy 1 Queen suite with an attached bathroom with the best view in the house.

Have a blast in the bunk room with 2 Twin over Full bunk beds with it's own bathroom. There's even a foosball table if you want to challenge your bunkmates to a game!

If you enjoy cooking, you'll love our double oven/8 burner Wolf gas range. We've got table service for 24, pots & pans, and 2 dishwashers to ensure you can cook as often as you'd like!

If cooking isn't your thing, the Sub-Zero fridge has plenty of space for snacks and the freezer has plenty of space for ice cream or other frozen treats! And the microwave drawer makes a great bag of popcorn.

Keep cooking your way out to the deck with our Weber grill. The view of the golf course while you're cooking is fabulous!

Enjoy the seamless transition between indoor and outdoor space with a 15' accordion door opening from the living room to the deck.

Relax in the living room with a 75" TV, fireplace, and games for entertainment.

If you find you need to stay connected to the outside world, a 32" monitor is available for your work or entertainment needs.

Kids are welcome in our home! You'll find games, toys, and books available, as well as a high chair and pack and play.

Bathrooms are equipped with stepstools for little adventurers.

Grab a bike or a sled for some outdoor fun.

We've got ping pong, cornhole, darts, and 4 pickleball sets (for use on Sunriver SROA pickleball courts).

Charge your electric vehicle with our Level 2 EV charger.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE\\
Before you book, please review the listing description and house rules and feel free to contact the host with any questions before confirming your reservation.

The maximum number of guests that can stay at a property is determined by Deschutes County Code 5.12.020. The maximum overnight occupancy is two persons per bedroom plus two additional persons. Children under the age of 5 are not included when determining maximum occupancy.

For guest safety and property protection there are security cameras on the property. Guest privacy is important to us! Cameras cover the exterior of the house ONLY for safety purposes and no cameras have a view of hot tub or back deck table.

We highly recommend considering adding travel insurance to cover instances of cancelled flights, sickness, etc. We look forward to hosting you at our home in Sunriver!

HOUSE RULES\\

Many of our neighbors live here year-round and are not on vacation, so please be respectful of quiet hours (10 pm - 7 am).

GUESTS WITH PETS\\
Dogs are welcome at 18 Bunker Lane with a fee of $100 per pet per visit. IMPORTANT NOTE: We love to welcome responsible owners, but please exercise good judgment when leaving your dog alone in a strange place for minimal amounts of time. If you plan on leaving your dog longer than 4 hours, we request that you use an off-site pet sitting service. There are highly rated Rover hosts - an online pet sitting service - within 15 minutes of 18 Bunker Lane who would love to spend quality time with your dog.

No puppies under 1 year, dogs must be spayed or neutered (less likely to mark, to be aggressive, to roam, often are more calm, etc.), dogs must be well-behaved on leash, and owners must agree to keep dogs on leash whenever they are outdoors. We have lots of wild critters in Sunriver, and the leash rule is intended to protect wildlife as well as the dogs and our neighbors. Please ensure you pick up after your pet and that they do not go into neighbors' yards.

SUNRIVER RULES TO BE AWARE OF:
VEHICLES & PARKING \\
Vehicles must be parked in the driveway or garage. Our driveway/garage can park approximately 7 vehicles. If for any reason your group will need additional parking, overflow parking is available at a cost from Sunriver Homeowners Association.
Do not park along roads, commons, or block passage of emergency vehicles or snowplows. The maximum speed limit is 25 mph in Sunriver.

E-BIKES/ELECTRIC TRANSPORTATION \\
Only one type is allowed on Sunriver’s pathways: If you’re still pedaling (pedal assist motor), it’s allowed. If you can ride the bike without pedaling, it’s considered “motorized.”
and is NOT allowed. Other prohibited motorized transportation includes hoverboards, one-wheels, etc.

SMOKING IN SUNRIVER \\
Smoking is prohibited in Sunriver. Exceptions include the following: on private property, in an enclosed motor vehicle, or when specifically permitted by signs. There is no smoking allowed in our home.

RECREATIONAL VEHICLES\\
Recreational vehicles, including motorhomes, campers, boats, snowmobiles, motorcycles, and trailers may be parked in the driveway on a temporary basis not to exceed 48 hours within a seven day period.

FIREWORKS, WEAPONS & FIREARMS \\
All fireworks, including safe and sane, are prohibited. Use of weapons and firearms is prohibited, including guns, air rifles or pistols, CO2 guns, paintball guns, bows and arrows, and slingshots.

CARDINAL LANDING BRIDGE \\
Do not jump or dive from the bridge; underwater obstructions create extremely hazardous conditions. No parking, waiting, or drop off/pickup for river access or exit at the bridge or the surrounding neighborhood.

DRONES \\
Drone takeoffs/landings are prohibited in Sunriver without prior written approval from the Sunriver Airport and Sunriver Owners Association.
