The main floor features a remodeled kitchen with kitchen island and bar stools, flowing into a handsomely furnished dining area for 6. Also on the first floor is the comfortably furnished living room with flat screen TV AC. The upstairs primary features a king bed, en-suite bath, TV and AC. The second upstairs bedroom showcases a vaulted ceiling with arched window, queen bed, private deck, TV, AC, and en-suite bath. The third bedroom is on the main floor, complete with twin beds, AC, a flat screen TV, along with glass sliders to the deck private entrance to the hall bath. The main floor also offers a remodeled kitchen with full amenities, a dining area for 6, and a comfortably furnished living room with AC TV. A spacious outdoor deck is tastefully furnished for outdoor dining. Additional amenities include washer/dryer, charcoal grill, and WIFI Internet access.

The Resort is located between Route 6A/Main Street and Route 137.

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS
In the event of cancellation, a refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate will be made if and ONLY if rental property is re-rented. The $205 booking & damage protection fee is non-refundable. If rental property is not re-rented, cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total rental amount paid. All notices of cancellation must be in writing.

Guests may purchase Sponsored Guest Pool Passes, which include access to Arbor and Fletcher Pools, the Fletcher Cardio Center, and scheduled children's activities throughout the Villages.
Tennis and pickleball courts are also available for use. (additional fee may apply)

Pool passes are NOT included in your stay and must be purchased separately. The Ocean Edge Resort Golf Club manages the distribution, fees, and operations of all amenities, which are subject to change without notice.
