Walk to Beach from Sea Salt Cottage

A beautiful summer home nestled in the heart of historic Brewster. Our home is situated in a wonderful family area that is 10 minute walk to 2 beautiful Cape Cod Bay beaches - Saints Landing and Mants Landing beaches - walk out on the flats for miles when the tide goes out. The house has been recently renovated throughout with an open and bright floor plan.

The house is a perfect beach getaway for a family get together or two couples and their kids! Our house is 2300 square feet plus a 250 square foot screened in porch. The kitchen, living room, main bathroom and 3 bedrooms are on the main floor and and the studio style fourth bedroom a second living room are on the first floor.

LIVING AREAS
Spend quality time together in the main living room, second living room or screened in porch. There are couches and 2 accent chairs in the living room, the kids can relax and watch movies on the large sectional couch and giant bean bag chair in the second living room or you can enjoy the ocean breeze from the outdoor seating in the screened in porch.

Our home has central A/C, two 65ā€ smart TVs and WIFI throughout.

KITCHEN AND DINING
The recently renovated kitchen has new stainless steel appliances - fridge, dishwasher, stove, oven and microwave - and all the essentials - coffee maker, toaster, cookware, knives and cooking utensils. The center island provides ample space to prepare meals or you can grill on the Weber gas grill on the large deck out back and enjoy the private backyard.

Enjoy your meals on the patio table and chairs on the deck or in the large dining table.

BEDROOMS AND BATHS
The master bedroom has 2 queen beds with an attached bathroom. We recently added a laptop workstation to give a member of the family a quiet place to work while the family is on vacation.

The second and third bedrooms share the main bath, the second bedroom has a king sized bed and the third bedroom has matching twin beds. All beds have new memory foam mattresses. The studio style fourth bedroom is on the first floor, it has its own full bathroom and has 2 king sized beds.

Our home is walking distance to Kateā€™s Seafood and a Dunkin Donuts (1/2 mile), it is within biking distance to the Cape Cod Rail Trail (2 miles), Brewster General Store and Brewster Scoop for ice cream (1 mile). For those attending weddings at Ocean Edge our house is just a 7 minute drive (3miles) away.

Beach chairs (8) and beach umbrellas (2) will be available for your use. We also have a beach cart and sand toys for your use.

We want all guests to know the property has a Nest doorbell camera for secuirty purposes. The doorbell camera monitors the exterior front entrance only. This is the only camera that is on the premises.

Wonderful stay

Property was very clean, warm and welcoming. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen well stocked. Jose and Linsday were very responsive to questionas and easy to reach. The house is an easy 10 minute walk to a local beach in a quiet residential community.

Wonderful Getaway!

This place was wonderful!! The hosts were helpful and easy to get in contact with. The property and house itself are stunning. Pictures are very accurate of your stay! The house came with everything we would need. The beach was a short walk and was a stunning small bayside beach not overcrowded and very clean! I would stay here over and over again if I could!

Great House

My husband and I, our children and their spouses and children stayed for a week and we really enjoyed our vacation. We ate out quite often but also cooked a couple of nights. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The patio was very nice to sit outside and relax. We had plenty of room for the 10 of us. The outside shower came in very handy for rinsing off the sand from the beach. Lindsay and Jose were very responsive to any questions I had. I would definitely stay here again. We loved the house!

True Gem

My brothers family and I stayed here for a week (4 adults 5 children). This clean, updated, fully stocked house made our trip truly special. This house made my 10th trip to Brewster one of the best yet. Great kitchen for cooking, super comfortable beds, and proximity to very nice bay side beaches were just some of the perks. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent stay

Everything about the stay met or exceeded expectations. Extremely spacious layout with far more sleeping capacity than we needed with 6 people. Could have easily slept 10. Downstairs beds/pillows were extremely comfortable that the 2 guests who slept down there couldn't stop talking about it all weekend. Check in was smooth and the house was clean. Would absolutely stay here again in the future.

Great stay in Brewster!

We had a wonderful long weekend in Brewster! The house is awesome - nicely decorated, extremely comfortable, and a great location. The beach is an easy bike or walk. We were two families and had plenty of room to spread out. The owners communicated early and often and we had all the information we needed. Check-in was a breeze. Highly recommend this house!!!

Beach vacation

The house was spacious and well equipped to handle 7 adults and one toddler. The screened in porch was a bonus for having a nice morning cup of coffee or relaxing glass of wine! Loved the proximity to the beach and the quiet neighborhood. My grandson loved his wagon rides in the hood. Would highly recommend this home for a beach vacation!

We were very happy with our stay at the Sea Salt Cottage. It was clean and the location was perfect! The owners left plenty of supplies which was such a nice change from other places we have rented. (Only one bike was rideable, but it was not a big deal.) We hope to return sometime and explore some of the attractions we did not get to see on our first stay.

Wonderful, spacious house walking distance to 2 beaches

The house was wonderful, modern, clean, spacious and has plenty of space and beds. Split level house, walk up to first floor, walk down to basement-ish bedroom, bath and laundry. Lovely backyard and patio. Two beaches are a leisurely walk away. I would recommend this house on Cape Cod.

Second Great Stay

The home is great as it was last year. Again, the outdoor shower was a huge hit and well stocked with soap and shampoo. As for suggestions we would recommend extra dish towels and a couple more coffee cups. Otherwise, we had everything we needed. Thanks for fixing the grill door. The Purdy family

Cape Cod get away

What a wonderful setting for our family week over the 4th of July. We loved our time together and this house was perfect for our gathering. We enjoyed the set up of the rooms with plenty of space to spread out. We liked the open floor plan with the kitchen, dining room and living room. The couch could fit all of us. The kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed meals on deck and the backyard for games of bocce and croquet. The outdoor shower was clean and spacious. We also enjoyed the use of the bikes to get to the nearby beaches. We would love to return to this house for future gatherings.

Just right!

This house is pretty perfect. The four bedrooms worked out great for this family of 10, plus an infant. Lots of space to roam around in otherwise. I liked all the amenities they provided that some homes don't. Outside shower is a huge hit as well as all the "little" things they thought of to provide for us. And the location was a good choice for us. We didn't have to go far for anything!! Thanks, Jose and Lindsay! We'll be back! :)

Excellent family holiday!!

We were two families sharing this property for a family beach vacation. We absolutely loved the accommodations. House was newly renovated and in excellent condition. The deck and screened in porch were great for family dining and relaxing all together. The location is in walking distance to a small beach and some restaurants. You will have to drive to get to a more full service beach, but the locations is quite central to all areas of the island. Finally this property was the best stocked property that we have ever stayed at. It had all our needs covered. The beach carts, chairs and umbrellas were perfect. Hosts were very quick to respond and get back to us. We would definitely return!

A Great Vacation that Weā€™ll Never Forget!

The house fit our family of 9 perfectly. The house was clean and well stocked with supplies. The rooms are spacious and the decor is very pretty. We had no problems with anything at all during our stay, except that the day we were to leave came way too soon! The house is located in Brewster, which is a wonderful town with many great restaurants, shops and adventures, for everyone in our group from ages 6 to 62 to enjoy. The house is very close to several nice beaches and phenomenal fishing for stripers on the flats. We were a short drive from a kayak tour we took of the marsh (the gray seals were abundant and amazing to paddle around) in Eastham. We also took the drive to Provincetown for a whale watching trip and to stroll around. Our family saw 14 humpbacks while on the boat that day. It was fantastic. Now I can plainly see why this rental and itā€™s owners consistently receive 5 Star reviews. We made an excellent choice for our family vacation. Thank you!
