Touchdown!! This unique place has a style all its own. Located within walking distance to Founders Park Statidum, Home of the University of South Carolina`s baseball team. Also, minutes away is the Colonial Life Arena and Williams-Brice Stadium. This space also houses a dedicated work station for those that must work, as well as an outdoor hot tub for your enjoyment and relaxation.

Please note: The home is near an active train line, so you might hear it pass at night. It’s part of the neighborhood’s charm, and we’ve added white noise options to keep your stay cozy and restful.

All interactions can be handled via messaging on app.
- Any late check outs extending past 12:00 pm without consent will result in a one-time $50 fee.

- Please, no smoking, vaping, e-Cigs, candles, or any smoke-producing items inside the property at any time. We reserve the right to charge a $500 fee for any evidence of smoking inside the property.

- Please report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonable and timely manner. We understand that things happen. However, failure to do so will result in said damages and/or breakages being reported

- No food, drink, or glass use in Hot Tub at any time, please return cover after use and turn off jets.

- Before checking out, Please start a load of laundry with any linens or towels you used during your stay.

- Please start the dishwasher before you leave. Those cycles last forever.

- If you adjusted the temperature during your stay, please change the thermostat back to: (75 in Summer/ 68 in Winter).

- If you brought your pet(s) with you, please be sure to tidy up after them! We love animals, but we do not want to find any pet surprises after your departure!

We would like to inform you that a $100 security deposit will be pre-authorized on your account. This pre-authorization is a standard procedure to ensure the security of our services and is not an immediate charge.
