Your worries will melt away here as this cozy space truly compliments every season. This GEM overlooks a huge yard as well as a lake, and we`re proud to offer your dog a great stay too! Being a pet friendly space, all you need is a morning cup of coffee on the patio to understand how much this space means to us. Enjoy

Please enjoy the luxurious king size bed while you unwind here with Netflix and other streaming services at the ready.
There is a dedicated work space if you must resort to working while here.
The lake view from the deck is best paired with a glass of wine and company! This is especially true towards the end of the day.
We have added anything you might need to have a restful stay including a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, iron, hair dryer, etc.
If you are bringing a pet, please let us know as there is a pet fee. Thank you!

We have a dedicated parking spot for you at the front of the house!
Please enjoy the yard and the wonderful view of the lake, but please no swimming or entering the water, as that is not permitted.

We are really close to Fort Jackson, Trenholm Plaza, and multiple restaurants on Forest Drive. This is a very private place but it is easy to access anything you might need in town.

Please let us know if you are bringing a pet. There is a one-time per stay $25 pet fee.
No smoking in the house. A min of $500 will be charged if shown signs of smoking indoors.
No access/swimming in the lake.

We would like to inform you that a $100 security deposit will be pre-authorized on your account. This pre-authorization is a standard procedure to ensure the security of our services and is not an immediate charge.
