A great place for a family get-together! Lots of things to do in area Sandpoint with antiques, shops on the bridge, Silverwood about 26 miles south. Everyone enjoyed boating on the bay area, enjoyed smores around campfire, even between rain clouds. Enjoyed the movie room! Relaxed and rejuvenating vacation!

We, my husband, myself, our kids and our grandkids, had a wonderful time! The weather wasn’t always great but we played games, went out on the water in the pedal boat, kayaks and canoes, got in the hot tub and watched movies in the theater. No one wanted to leave!

Great house. Everything was nice and clean. Good location. Beds were comfortable. There were great amenities like hot tub, peddle boat and kayaks. We enjoyed our stay with our family there.

We were there August 2026! The house is great; it has everything you need including AC. There was a boat launch close and a dock at the property. The stay was relaxing but we also had lots to do. Spend a day at silverwood - quick easy drive from the property too. Love the property and Sandpoint!

Kristine answered any communication/questions I may have had immediately! Entire house was clean. Great view and no issues whatsoever with goose droppings on the property as mentioned by some guests! We didn’t get much time to actually relax this time as we were out a lot. We did not take advantage of the hot tub or the theater room during this trip. We hope to come back and actually just relax. Some guests have mentioned the trains but we really don’t hear them at night or during the day. Not an issue for us! Great vacation place!

We booked this property for a family "guys" fishing trip. The hosts were very accommodating when I requested 2 extra days before the arrival of the "guys" to prepare for a relaxing vacation. Upon arrival, my Husband and I were delighted to see the property was everything and more what the pictures dipicted. We thoroughly enjoyed the peddle boat, and dropping a line right off the expansive deck. Enjoying the hot tub in the crisp evening was quiet and a sky full of stars. Morning cups of coffee out on the deck over looking the lawn and water brought a relaxed vibe to a fun day ahead. The beds were comfortable, and all things were layed out and labeled discreetly and thoughtfully. Their cleaning service, does an amazing job of sanitizing, cleaning and presenting each bedroom and bathroom professionally as well as welcoming. Definitely, without a doubt one of the nicest properties to date we have enjoyed!

We had the best time!!!! The kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed the spa, theater room, paddle boat and kayaks.The dock was awesome! We fished off of it and had a boat, so we loved it.Communication and check-in was flawless.Everyone is already talking about next years trip!!!

Perfect way to celebrate

Plenty of space for everyone to sleep and shower. We did a birthday/ski weekend and it was peaceful for quiet evenings and big breakfasts, but close to town for eating out!

Beautiful Property perfect for a family stay!

Great place!

The property exceeded our expectations. There was 8 of us that stayed there and it was just right for us. The theater was really cool. Proximity to Schweitzer was the draw, but I bet this place is great (and maybe even better in the summer) year round.

Fun spot on the lake

House is great and well-appointed. Beds /linens/towels were nice quality. Location is close to everything. Only drawback is the trains. They’re very loud and very frequent but if that doesn’t bother you, then it’s a perfect spot.

Amazing Getaway
