Located in Destin, this condo is a dream. With 3 bedrooms including 1 king, 1 queen, and 1 twin bed, guests will have plenty of space to unwind. The living room also offers a cozy sofa bed for additional sleeping arrangements. Enjoy the brilliant decor and soothing atmosphere throughout the property. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Destin.
Sandpiper Cove 9141! Pet Friendly with pet fee.
Sandpiper Cove 9141 is a ground floor 3 bedroom/2 bath condo that can sleep 8. Located right next to 1 of the 5 complex pools and a short walk across to the street to the private Sandpiper Cove beach. You can get close beach access without paying the higher prices of beach front condos. Sandpiper Cove also offers tennis courts, hot tubs, communal grills, an on-site restaurant, and a 9-hole 3-par golf course. If all the amenities won't please the group then just show them the pictures of inside the condo.
9141 is a spacious 3 bedroom offering a Queen in the first guest bedroom and two twin beds in the second guest bedroom. Both guest rooms have flat screen TVs as well. The 2 guest rooms share the guest bath with has a combination tub/shower.
The Master Bedroom has a King size bed and adjoining Master Bathroom with a combination tub/shower.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the pots and pans needs to cook a feast and all full sized appliances. The condo does have it's on washer and dryer so no worries about having to share coin laundry. The living room offers plenty of seating and a large TV to enjoy a relaxing movie.
The patio offers views of the pool. Complimentary Beach Service included-2 chairs and 1 umbrella.
A dog under 25 pounds is allowed at this property for an additional $100 plus tax nonrefundable pet fee. There is also a $10 fee collected by Sandpiper Cove on-site. Current shot records are required at check-in as well. Although Sandpiper Cove allows pets, pets are not allowed on the beach. No beach in Destin/Okaloosa county is pet friendly.
