The Folk Soul - Your charming 2-bedroom Skaneateles get-away

Welcome to the Folk Soul, your adorable gem in Skaneateles to kick back and relax in a private, tranquil setting. Nestled adjacent to farm land, this charming house provides gorgeous views all day long. The space is decorated with a calm and stylish look. The couch is extra deep for the times you want to put your feet up and enjoy a movie when you are not outside enjoying a beautiful sunset.

The house is located on the east side of the lake and only a few minutes from downtown Skaneateles, a quaint town with unique shops and delicious food at Doug's Fish Fry, among many restaurants.

Interior Living Space: There are 2 comfortable bedrooms and 1 full bath. The west room has a king foam mattress while the east room has a queen spring mattress. A queen blow up with additional sheets is available. Both rooms have beautifully restored antique dressers and luggage racks. Fresh crisp linens are provided for the bedrooms and bath including beach towels. We have games and cards for those looking for fun, as well as a workstation for those looking to work with a view.

Kitchen: To make cooking for your loved ones easy, the kitchen is fully stocked: induction pots and pans and the normal kitchen appliances including coffee maker, microwave, toaster, water kettle, and more. Please note: we do not have a dishwasher.

Some other things to note:
• We ask that you keep a limit of 6 people overnight
• The house is constantly evolving, items are being added to the
residence!
• Water is supplied by a well
• The farm behind the house is private property. Access is not allowed
• Walkway shoveling is not provided during your stay. There is a shovel for your use if needed. Driveway plowing is done for deep snow events
• Our neighbors are kind to us and we ask that you be kind to them as well
