Plus one day bed cot & inflatable-single twin, w/pump. Upstairs & downstairs HD Smart TV/DVD player setups, plus internet service. Funky front porch with rocking chairs and beautiful gazebo for dining when not using the mini-great room's picturesque, view dining room table. Privacy plus, located on nice, quiet, town maintained gravel road. Over 100 free-use good DVD movies for your viewing pleasure. Small kitchenette with double sink, full size refrigerator and four burner gas stove with oven, plus microwave and pantry. All utensils and pots, pans, plates, cups & glasses included. You MUST bring your own linens (bedsheets & towels) &/ or sleeping bags. Blankets & quilts are available. Absolutely No Pets (sorry). No garbage pickup, so you Must remove any trash you create (plastic bags are provided). Brooms and vacuums provided for light self-cleaning before departure. Call Emergency 911 on your cell phone for EMT/Fire service in town. Installed landline phones are not connected and working currently.
