Other Things to Note The hot tub is professionally maintained to ensure it's in pristine condition for your enjoyment. However, please note that the hot tub may not be immediately heated to your desired temperature upon your arrival. It takes some time for the water to heat up to the desired temperature, so we ask that you adjust the temperature as soon as you arrive if you plan on using the hot tub during your stay. The hot tub should never be set above 104 degrees for health reasons.
Located next to an industrial complex and train tracks, this home offers a one-of-a-kind Nashville experience. The passing trains add a touch of character, offering a glimpse of the city's working heartbeat. You may hear the train throughout your stay, as it is active all hours. It's a distinctive backdrop for your stay, setting it apart from the ordinary.
Your total reservation fee for this home includes a damage waiver fee, including any applicable taxes. The damage waiver ensures coverage for any accidental damage caused to the home or its contents, including appliances and furnishings, up to a maximum of $1,500. Damage due to smoking and pets is excluded. To benefit from this coverage, you must report the incident to the host before you check out.
*Garage parking is available for two cars under 210 inches long. Driveway and side yard parking is not permitted. Extra street parking is usually available, but not guaranteed and at your own risk. If you choose to park on the street, please park on the industrial complex side of the road.

If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $250 and you will be asked to leave. ☞︎ Person booking and checking in must be at least 25 years old to reserve and must occupy the rental property throughout the whole booking. ☞︎ Please do not use Flushable Wipes. We have good plumbing but it does not handle flushable wipes well. Clogged toilets due to flushable wipes will result in a plumbing service charge of $250, with an additional $250 if the services are required after hours. ☞︎ Use of the hot tub is AT YOUR OWN RISK. The hosts are NOT responsible for any injuries that result from the use of the hot tub. ☞︎ Please do not remove furniture from the unit, including patio chairs. ☞︎ No parties are allowed. ☞︎ No excessive noise after 10 pm or before 8 am. ☞︎ Maximum occupancy of 12 people. Off-site visitors are not permitted without prior permission and are subject to a $100 fee per extra guest. ☞︎ We follow our stated cancellation policies under all circumstances. We highly recommended guests purchase travel insurance to cover weather related issues (tropical storms, hurricanes, etc.) and illnesses that may arise and interrupt travel.

Stay was great! Beds were super comfortable. It was the perfect size for our group of 10. Management was super responsive and welcoming. Close to grocery store, 7 brew, and easy to get to anything we needed!

The house was big enough to accommodate our group and close enough to the events we were in town for. The big kitchen was nice to be able to make some good use of and we Loved the bunk beds for the kids we had in the group. The area was quiet and easy to access.

Great place for a group of 8 women, with comfortable bathrooms and beds. Although it's outside the hubbub of the Broadway area, Lyft is reasonably priced and quick to get. The communication was awesome; they were responsive and got us what we needed. There were tiny things that needed to be remedied, but they got taken care of, and the next guests will enjoy it even more.

Beautiful house! Exactly as pictured and described. It had everything we needed. So much space for everyone. Very short drive into downtown Nashville. We had a wonderful vacation. Highly recommend!!!

Girls Weekend in Nashville
The property was a perfect set up for our group of 7 women. There were plenty of bathrooms, sitting areas for all of us to gather, and plenty of bedrooms for comfortable sleeping arrangements. We would definitely stay there again if returning to Nashville!

Excellent Choo-choo choice!!!
There were five of us ages 55-77 that stayed together in this rental and it was perfect…. We got our own bedrooms and bathrooms…. It was perfect!!! We used all the amenities from the hot tub, to the outdoor fireplace to the rooftop patio…. The train was nearby, but it was very soothing…. I was surprised how intimidating the steps may have seemed, they weren’t bad at all…. Communication was great the whole weekend…. Highly recommended
