Enjoy the view of the Intercoastal waterway while at your dining room table. You will see a parade of leisure craft, dolphins and manatee. Fish at the sea wall. Cross the street by our Deeded Beach Access to the warm waters of the Gulf Of Mexico with breathtaking sunsets at our beautiful, soft sandy Indian Shores Beach. Quiet, studio condo on the second floor. Fully furnished with queen Murphy bed, full pull out sofa, full kitchen, DVD player,and cable. Kitchen has all utensils, appliances, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, dishes. All linens are provided. Bring your boat, dock outside your back door, launch for free at Park 3 blocks away. Bathroom newly renovated. New improved Wifi available in condo and a plethora of TV channels. (Sports fans - you are about 30 minutes away from an NHL arena, and also Major League Baseball field, 1.5 hrs approx from Disney, Orlando).

Quiet, relaxing location

A quiet location and so peaceful beside the water way. We saw dolphins in the water which was an added bonus. Pool is huge and clean. Short walk to the beach. Just the right size for 2 people.

Great location between the ocean and a canal. In a quiet section close to St Pete and Clearwater. It’s a little dated but very clean and the Host was very responsive. We would stay again.

Worst experience ever. I was in a storage closet with 7 chairs and no heater. I have asked them to refund me after staying there for less than 8 hours.

This was the most unusual visit I have ever had. It started with the guest texting me more than once, which I answered, after midnight and into the very early morning after the day she was booked to arrive. I informed her that the metal chairs were to be put outside on the balcony and don't stay inside. She complained she was cold and I told her about the 2 oil based heaters that were in the closet. I told her all details were in the welcome letter which I sent to her email and access instructions on the website. She said the heaters didn't work which was not correct and the cleaners vouched for that. Plus other guests and myself were there earlier and were warm enough in much colder weather. The website has information about the size of the unit. No surprises there.

Communicating with the hst was easy. We loved the unit. The big window looking over the intercoastal is a definate plus. Seeing all the dolphins and manatee made it magical. Will defiantly try to stay in this unit again.

Peaceful getaway

We loved staying at this unit in Indian Shores! The beautiful and huge pool, the access to the ocean across the street but most of all the quiet serenity of the intra coastal waterway right outside the back!! I could sit there watching the birds, boats and the occasional dolphin for hours!!Christine is a wonderful host!

The size is listed in the description. All of the units are treated for insects on a regular basis. First time we had this comment ever which was disputed by the cleaning service and condo manager. Probably you found it too small and left it the first day for a larger unit.

Nice place

This rental met all of our needs. It is exactly as described. The only downfall was it has a beautiful pool but it was too cold to use but that couldn't be prevented. We enjoyed ourselves and thanks for letting us stay.

Book it!

The property was just perfect for me and my small dog. The neighbors are kind. The beach is not crowded and the sand is incredibly soft. Great pool on the property to!

Property had everything we needed. It was a warm week of weather but the air conditioner could only get the room down to 81 degrees. Also lots of construction going on downstairs during our stay.

Hello That is a new AC but obviously it was not enough for the unusually hot weather you experienced. They finally got all the permits needed for reconstructing the units downstairs but unfortunately I have no info on when and where construction will take place.

Week Long Getaway

Got to WFH in Paradise

Fun location, great pool, super nice neighbors, and across the street from the beach. I was sad to leave after working remotely there for a month! :)

Cozy little condo

Traveling with friends but needed my own place. This was just right, and affordable, for me. The use of the murphy bed really helped open the space during the day. Property has a really nice big pool.

The View

This is the fourth time that we've stayed at Belleview an each time the stay is more pleasant than ever. The other guest are extremely nice and they remember us every year. We will be back soon.

Perfect place

Very cute efficiency apartment with a great view of the inter coastal waterway and shirt walk to the beach. Very clean and comfortable with everything you need to be comfortable. Quiet complex with nice neighbors. Pool was wonderful!! Dolphins every morning to see swimming by while sitting on balcony drinking coffee. Definitely would stay again.
