Pet Friendly: Up to 2 dogs with fee. Pets must be leashed, never left unattended, and owners are responsible for cleanup. Breed restrictions apply.

Extended Stays: Mid-stay cleaning required for reservations of 7 nights or longer. Optional for shorter stays.

Credit Card Fee: Non-refundable processing fee applies to all reservations.

Guest Access:
Guests are able to use entire home and property. The Barn and its commercial kitchen are available for use at an additional cost. Plenty of parking in private driveway.

The Neighborhood:
ONLY 9 MINUTES FROM THE HORSESHOW!! This area offers a lot of neighboring lakes and walking trails. Elk Rapids is a short .5-mile drive to get to many restaurants, wineries, breweries, shopping, farm stands, family parks, grocery, gas stations and more! Whether you want to relax with a water view near the marina or explore the beautiful outdoors, this neighborhood offers a little bit of everything. Downtown Elk Rapids is a small quiet town that is very bike friendly. Enjoy a hike at Maplehurst Natural Area and embrace Northern Michigan's beauty any time of the year. The area offers a number of public parks and beaches that are perfect for the whole family.

Getting Around:
If you are looking to explore a little further, this property is in a great location for day trips around Northern Michigan. Less than 2 hour drive to Mackinaw City, 22 minute drive to Traverse City, about an hour drive to Sleeping Bear Dunes, and less than an hour to your favorite Boyne Ski Resorts! The Cherry Capital Airport is only a 22 minute drive away!

Dock Access and Boat Use
Make the most of your time on the water!
- The dock is available from Memorial Weekend through mid-September.
- Use the dock for 10-minute loading and unloading of passengers only to avoid damage to your boat and the dock - It gets windy without notice.
- A mooring ball is available nearby for securing boats between rides.
- Note: The dock is not equipped with protective bumpers, and strong winds or waves can cause damage to boats and docks. Plan accordingly for a safe experience.

We kindly ask that you close and lock all doors and windows when you leave the property.
Please do not adjust the temperature or chemicals of the hot tub and pools
Please do not leave children unattended.
Please do not leave anything connected to the dock at any time. The dock is used for loading and unloading only.
No parties or events allowed unless approved by manager
No smoking allowed.
No unregistered guests allowed without permission.
No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
