Other things to note
The pool is not heated. But if you haven't been to Arizona, the pool stays about 60-70 degrees all year round. If you get cold, just jump in the boiling hot tub just steps away!

Our pool/ hot tub guy comes every Tuesday & Friday around 9am to 12 noon, and our landscaper comes every first and third Monday of the month around 8am to 12 noon. They are super quick, enter through the backyard and won't disturb you.

Early check ins & late checkouts are usually not possible. If they can be arranged are $100. This helps pay for an extra cleaning member to have the home ready sooner.

This property is so cool! It was a great stay and would definitely stay here again. We had an issue with a rat or mouse leaving droppings under the kitchen sink but it was quickly resolved from the host. Things happen so we weren't too bothered by it, the most important thing was that it was resolved quickly and efficiently. There was so much to do that I wish we had booked a longer stay. The boat was incredible!

A MUST STAY!

What a unique and sweet stay my daughter and her friends enjoyed as they got ready for her wedding day. This home was truly specialā€”not just because of the thoughtful details, but also because of the warm, clear communication throughout the process. The house was spotless, welcoming, and had something for everyone. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. Iā€™m already looking forward to booking this marvelous place again. A five-star experience all the way!

We stayed 5 nights in mid Feb and loved every minute. There were a total of 7 of us plus a dog. The location is AMAZING as the backyard overlooks the bend in the lake. You wake up to hearing the ducks and Canadian geese in the water. There are 3 bedrooms and a large living area with numerous TV's throughout. The kitchen was well appointed. The master bedroom was spacious and there was a door leading out to the backyard. There are numerous areas outside to relax. The jacuzzi was heated upon our arrival. Torin was very receptive and communication was great. We had two minor issues and were quickly resolved. A handyman was dispatched very quickly and resolved the problem. The game room was spotless and we played pool, air hockey and of course made use of the numerous arcade games. There is a walking path just outside the backyard with a gate making easy access. We cooked smores on the fire pit and made use of the outdoor movie screen. There are two swinging chairs in one corner that have an awesome view of the water. A plus is there are privacy screens across the back fence that you can open and close depending on your activities. The pickle ball courts and small park are just a couple of minutes to walk. We even boated on the water with the supplied paddle pontoon boat. Very easy to access and the boat was adjacent to the pickle ball courts. The only minor negative would be a couple of the beds were a bit too firm for our liking. Highly recommend this residence!

Phenomenal place to stay!

The Gatsby Getaway is phenomenal!We stayed here for the Mesa Marathon, and it was centrally located for everything we needed for our 4 night stay. We loved the walks around the lake, hot tub, pool, many different games, karaoke, & the style of the house. We saw so many people walking the lake and taking pictures of the house. We watched the Super Bowl out on the back deck and enjoyed the sunsets at night. Our kids were amazed with all the activities that were available. Kids enjoyed playing pool, air hockey, arcade games, putt putt golf, big sized connect 4 and making their own popcorn for movies. This property has it all and we highly recommend it, especially if you have children!
