Fabulous Modern Cottage with Pool! 2 Minute Walk to Beach!

Beautiful, sophisticated cottage with a wonderful open floor plan for families. 2 minute walk to beautiful 21st Street beach. Modern furnishings with large great room, spacious kitchen and nice children's den. Kitchen is open to great room with a bar and 4 stools for casual eating. 2 spacious master bedrooms, one bedroom with queen bed, and 1 bedroom with 1 set of bunk beds. All bathrooms have been furnished in carrara marble with Restoration Hardware fixtures. Lovely pool (depth of 5 feet) off of great room.

**Please Note**

Minimum Age Requirement of 35 to rent the property and must remain present during stay. Children in guest party must be 9 years old or older.

• Included Linens: Bed sheets, bath towels, beach towels

• A starter pack of the following products are included: toilet paper, soap and shampoo, paper towels, dishwasher pods, dish soap, laundry detergent

• Parking for 6 vehicles (driveway plus circular driveway)

• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (8 people at full capacity).

• Events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, photo-shoots, filming are not permitted. Smoking, pets and fireworks are also not permitted.

SEA ISLAND PRIVILEGES: Please note that you do not need temporary membership cards to:

• Access the expansive beach at any points North of 5th St and South of 35th St...over two miles of incredible beach

• Visit The Cloister and it’s shops

• Use the Shooting School and Stables. A credit card is required to cover charges.

Below are the 2024 guest card requirements from Sea Island.

If you are interested in this option, please contact homeowner for further details regarding the card fee structure as guest cards are not included in the rental rate. From time to time, Sea Island Membership will limit the number of guest cards. As cards cannot be guaranteed, it is suggested that your card order be sent to Sea Island Membership upon booking. You can cancel cards up to 48 hours in advance without a penalty.

Any guest wishing to use the Beach Club, Spa, Fitness Center, or Tennis is required to have a card.

Golf - one guest card is required per two foursomes (8 players).

Dinner - Beach Club, each guest over the age of six is required to have a card issued in his/her name. Tavola, River Bar, Oak Room require at least one card for the group - reservations are highly recommended.

Yacht Club/Fishing - at least one card is required for the group.

The home is immaculate and is very tastefully decorated. Everything is very comfortable. We felt very much at home and enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful retreat

My family had such a nice and relaxing stay at this beautiful home on Sea Island! The house is perfectly located just a mile from the Cloister and Beach Club and steps away from what feels like a private beach! Updated throughout and beautifully decorated, the property is very spacious and perfect for several families. Amy was extremely responsive and made the entire process so easy. I look forward to our next visit!

Beautiful House

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful house. The pictures are true to how the house looks. Loved the back garden with the pool which we used a lot. House is a really close walk to the beach. Great beach to walk on. Amy was very attentive and really lovely to deal with. I would highly recommend this house and hope to rent it again in the future.

Amazing House!

This is a wonderful, clean, comfortable and extremely spacious house on Sea Island. Ideal for families with older kids, it is 2 blocks from the beach and has all the amenities you would want. It is truly like a "home away from home". The owner is extremely responsive and attentive to details. A real pleasure to work with! I couldn't recommend this house more highly.

Spring Break 2019

Loved this Sea Island home! The decor is beautifully updated RH look with a very pleasing pallet of beach soft colors and texture. The artful touches really add to the feel too. I would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding property, beautifully updated, and maintained.

Our recent stay could not have been better. Amy's communication in the lead up to our stay was first class. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Thankyou! Arriving at the house we were thrilled to find a beautifully updated, beautifully maintained property. It is the perfect house for family stays, with enough room for everyone to have some privacy, and the spectacular great room for everyone to gather in. I can't recommend this property highly enough. We will be repeat visitors here for sure!

Excellent experience in Sea Island!

We totally agree with prior reviewer. Did many of same great Sea Island experience. We were there with our grown kids and their spouses. The house was perfect and Amy was wonderful. She set us up for the Sea Island memberships and was accessible before and during our stay for questions. Couldn't have a better Sea Island experience. Enjoyed Tavola and Georgian Room for fancy evening , the bagpipers at the Lodge for dinner one night. Cooked in and ate by the resort pool. Did the Bingo night too-reservations required. Thanks Amy.

A Perfect Getaway for our Spring Break!

I’m not sure who had more fun, the adults or the kids! This home is truly lovely and the pictures just don’t do it justice. It accommodated our two families (7 in all) perfectly with two masters (each with it’s own king-thanks!) and all four bedrooms with a private bath—which by the way are all newly renovated. The kitchen (also newly renovated and fully stocked) was a large and fun gathering place for our crowd to cook and socialize. It opens to one of the loveliest family rooms I’ve ever seen with cathedral ceilings, fully lined on both sides of the room with french doors--one side overlooking the pool, the other a private courtyard…so tasteful, so warm and inviting. A huge thank you to Amy, who was delightful to work with and very accommodating. She arranged for our memberships to the Cloisters, a must, and made her family bikes available to us as well. Her home is so close to the beach and a short bike ride to the resort. Our daily caravan of seven, bike riding along the flat wide paths under a canopy of live oaks was a true highlight for us all (especially one star lit night, it was like watching a movie in the sky). As for the resort, it is unparalleled. We lounged by the heated pools, ate lunch by the sea, had drinks on the covered veranda at the Lodge as the bag piper played at sunset, watched the kids roast s’mores, went horseback riding on the beach one morning, the kids sailed one afternoon, then air rifle shooting another, had a grown up dinner at the Georgian Room, a family dinner at Tavola on the terrace as the sun set over the water turning the sky pink, then purple, then blue as the kids played bocce ball and horse shoe while we lingered at the table on a beautiful night, played “formal bingo”,a hoot, and relaxed... As my mother says, “sweetie you know, the daily grind, without a little s’omethin special…is just the daily grind.” This is truly s’omethin special...

Excellent stay

We arrived at this lovely home after a long day of travel from the west coast and just immediately relaxed once we walked through the door. It is such a beautiful home and is so tastefully decorated and designed. We enjoyed sitting by the pool, walking to the beach, spending the day at the Beach Club and riding bikes to St Simons. We have already recommended it to our friends and are hoping to return every spring break! Thank you, Amy!!

We were most pleased with the residence! It was everything we were looking for in a rental home for our family at Christmas! upon arrival, all of the lamps were on which immediately created an inviting atmosphere. It was a comfortable home but with all of the modern amenities. The kitchen and baths were newly remodeled and all done in white carrera marble and the floor plan worked well for a family gathering. The home looked to be professionally decorated with clean lines & a fun color scheme. There were basically 2 master bedrooms & we liked that each bedroom had its own bath. The bed linens and towels were luxurious and the setting was quiet and peaceful. We could not use the pool at Christmas, but the landscape, pool and backyard was lovely and private. It would be fun to use in the summer and there were really comfy and attractive pool furniture. It was easy to get to the Cloister hotel via bike or a short walk. The owner was very helpful and even had fresh orchids awaiting us on the entry tables.We are pretty discriminating and we will be renting this again in 2013 and hopefully each summer thereafter! Highly recommend it!

Fabulous Home

My family stayed at this house and loved everything about it. The house was very tasteful and comfortable for a family. Easy access to everything. The owners were easy to work with. Highly recommend.
