This unit has an oversized balcony that forms a complete L-shape along the entire length and width of the dining and living room! This condo is well-appointed and professionally designed with a modern seaside theme. There is a TV in the living room and both bedrooms, and a DVD player. Great view and close to Sanibel

The condo was great and just as described in the listing. We loved the view from the balcony and it was great being right at the causeway to get to Sanibel and Captiva. We would definitely stay there again.

Relaxing weekend in Florida

The property was lovely! Clean and with all amenities one could ever want or need! We would have extended our trip if it was possible. Everything was perfect and the location was amazing with easy access to Sanibel and Captiva!

fantastic condo

I lived in Fort Myers and had to go back for business. I love this area. The property is beautiful, comfortable, large and clean. The proximity to sanibel is unbeatable. Highly recommend.

Lovely

The property was lovely; the main kitchen and living room areas are perfect for people to relax, chat and look out at the ocean. Everything was neat, clean and well maintained.

Amazing view and wonderful amenities!

Words cannot describe how amazing this condominium is. The wrap around deck provides comfortable seating any time of the day and the view of Sanibel Bay is outstanding. So relaxing. Every aspect of the condo and the property is great. Comfortable, clean, and spacious. So many restaurants nearby. Great for foodies and sun worshippers!!

Amazing Apartment

This apartment has everything we were looking for, located within the Marriot resort properties with access to their amenities, plus pool area in each building, oceanfront, large “L” shape balcony with stunning ocean views, clean, well stocked, close to restaurants and area attractions. Highly recommended.

Family break

Great place for family break. Condo clean and all basic needs met. Check in easy and able to have groceries delivered and in condo before we got there. The property quiet with great views. Easy on and off Sanibel Island.

Beautiful Quiet Property

My wife, two adult daughters and I stayed at this condo the 2nd week of January. The condo is absolutely beautiful and very spacious. Very easy access to the surrounding area and Sanibel/Captiva Islands. Only one of the two elevators was working the entire time we were there, and the one that worked was very slow. We took the stairs most of the time. Limited options for dining in the immediate area, but there is an endless array of choices a short drive away (Sanibel, Island San Carlos Island, and Fort Myers Beach). The only downside is that (because of the condo's location on the NW side of the tower), the sun never shines directly on the balcony this time of the year...so no view of sunsets from the condo.

Good overall but disappointed

The condo was very nice with beautiful views. Except for our first day, the hot tub was broken the entire time with no signs of fixing it. With the Marriott pass program suspended because of Covid, we were looking forward to at least using the hot tub.
