The property was welcoming and perfect for pets as well. We had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed the views!! The hot tub was a great addition as well. The kitchen was stocked with the bare necessities and the property owner supplied coffee, which was very nice.

We had a fantastic stay at this Sea Ranch home! The location was perfectā€”just a short walk to the beach and nearby amenities, making it easy to enjoy everything Sea Ranch has to offer. The house itself is comfortable, well-kept, and designed to take full advantage of the views. We loved sitting outside in the evenings, watching the sun set over the oceanā€”it was truly spectacular.The setting strikes a great balance between privacy and convenience, with quiet surroundings and quick access to trails and the coastline. Everything we needed for a relaxing stay was provided, and it was clear the hosts have put a lot of care into making guests feel welcome.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful Sea Ranch getaway with unforgettable ocean and sunset views.

We stayed here for two weeks and had an amazing time. The location was incredible, and the space was perfect for our family. We loved the big collection of board games and the cozy wood-burning stove. We walked to Ohlson pool every day, and would walk to the Marine Preserve to see the harbor seals basking on the rocks.Matthew was extremely responsive and a perfect host.

Relaxing getaway

Our family enjoyed spending a few days together in this charming house. Enjoyed cooking in the fabulous kitchen with all new appliances. Beds were very comfortable and the ocean view can be seen from many windows. Experienced excellent communication with the host which made our stay feel special. Easy to find and close to our favorite shops in Gualala. Would definitely return.

Magical House

Stayed here for a magical week with my Mum, and honestly; weā€™re a bit homesick for this house now! We have already promised each other that the next time she visits we have to return to this lovely property. You know when a house just has a good feeling? Thatā€™s this place!The owners were super helpful and available when we needed them, but we really didnā€™t need any help- the house has everything you need (the kitchen especially is well stocked with pots/pans etc). The bedrooms are gorgeous- we both slept really well there in the comfy beds. I stayed in the second bedroom and was delighted to see that above my bed was a skylight where I could watch the stars at night!Clearly whoever owns the house has impeccable taste (even down to the plush waffle towels which I loved!)but the house also feels very cozy at the same time. We went out exploring every day but then we loved staying in in the evenings and watching movies by the fireplace. I really canā€™t think of a single thing I would have changed- Sea Ranch is so special and this house just made it even better for us.
