We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The pool was clear, cool, and refreshing. The area was quiet and close to restaurants and shops. The host was easy to contact and answered all questions promptly and kindly.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! They did a great job w renovations! Very clean, beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, cups, bowls, pots/pans (that were clean and easy to cook with), the beautiful front porch and very close to everything in St Augustine etc but the best part was having a pool! The pool is well maintained and clean. It was so nice to have that in the back yard to cool off and the back yard in general was its own oasis! The owners really went out of their way to make all of it very nice! Communication w owner was easy and great. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others!

Weekend getaway

Spent the weekend at this home. It had everything we needed and was also very clean. We enjoyed the backyard and all the amenities this home had to offer. Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed staying at this house for 4 nights with our 3 year old. The home was overall as advertised and we appreciated the proximity to downtown. The owner was communicative re a few minor issues and even sent someone out to re clean the pool when pollen and wind caused debris to build up. The outdoor furniture was a bit worn but the owner stated the were replacing that in the next few weeks so shouldn’t be an issue for future stays.

The hosts were incredibly responsive and extremely accommodating. Property was clean and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. An easy walk to the historic district, Flagler College, restaurants and museums. Would absolutely get the house again in he future.

Grear House for our two nights day. I had everything we needed, including a beautiful decanter for our nice red wine. The host was very responsive. It’s about a 15 minute walk into town Grear backyard.

Great weekend stay!

The home was exactly as listed. Updated, very clean, close to every thing, and just adorable over all. We enjoyed the fire pit (bought firewood at Ace hardware) and all the home touches. Definitely would stay in our next visit to St. Augustine.

The house was in the historic neighborhood of St Augustine, surrounded by nice and not so nice homes. The best part for us was being able to walk into town. Not a short walk, but we walk a lot anyway. The house was dark and had shades on the windows that couldn't be raised. I like natural sunlight, so a turn off for me. I'm sure the shades were there because of the outside view. The bedroom our guests stayed in had not been cleaned very well. There was chunks of makeup on the floor and makeup on the pillow sham. Also food crumbs on the floor. The rest of the house was clean, so maybe this room was the exception. We liked that the house had two bathrooms, because many didn't in the historic area. The pool was nice, but needed a vacuum. Leaves fell in all day and it was impossible to get it cleaned. Plenty of outdoor seating space. The beds were very comfortable.

We’re sorry the guest bedroom didn’t meet our standards—makeup residue and crumbs should never have been present. We’ve spoken with our cleaning team and reinforced a more thorough checklist for every room so this doesn’t happen again. Regarding the window treatments: the shades do raise and lower fully and are designed to work smoothly. We’re always happy to walk guests through how they operate (or any other feature of the house) if something isn’t clear—please don’t hesitate to reach out during your stay so we can help right away. The pool is professionally cleaned and chemically balanced on a weekly schedule. Leaves are a natural part of the outdoor setting and can fall throughout the day; our team removes them regularly, and we’re glad you still found the pool enjoyable. Annual girls vacation to st Augustine. This house was in the heart of Lincolnville. As you walk the streets you get to see so many Victorian homes. The history that is within walking distance astounded us. The home was immaculate. The home was old but when you walk through the front door you are amazed by the up to date the house is. Will definitely be staying in this home again.

Great stay!

House is great . Older neighborhood but very quiet and very nice neighbor. House is very nicely put together and very comfortable. Back yard great size . Patio pool and sitting area . Sun and lots of shade . A very nice place to get away and relax .a little high in price and all houses around are close. But I would recommend and stay again for a quick getaway. .
