We stayed October 1–5 and really enjoyed our visit! The property was exceptionally clean and conveniently located within walking distance of St. Augustine’s historic district. Although some of the surrounding homes are older and undergoing renovations, the neighborhood felt safe throughout our stay. A great location for exploring St. Augustine!

Anniversary Trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great walkable location. Property was great. Loved spending evenings just relaxing by the fire pit. I would recommend to our friends and family.

Dream Stay

Ever look at a place and envision you were there? This is the first time what I had thought in my mind became a realty. First, the place was perfectly clean and had the new car smell. Second, the hot tub was huge and was exactly what we thought. Finally, I booked this stay for the fire pit and sitting with friends over good conversation. It was exactly how I thought it would go. If I come back to St Augustine I will book anlther stay here.

Quick getaway

We had a wonderful few days in St Augustine and this property was wonderful. Beds were comfortable , hot tub a nice extra, everything we needed was provided. Great location and we were able to walk to restaurants and sites. We will definitely be back.

Our stay was in mid-March, so the weather was quite crummy, but coming back to the swim spa was delightful. We spent a LOT of time in the back yard. The house is immaculate and the location was exactly what we wanted. Easily walkable to the shops, restaurants, and sites. We highly recommend this property.

Great location, walkable to town. We only used our car to do some grocery shopping here and there. The property was clean and had a great amount of starter items like toiletries and spices. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

Stay at Lincolnville Nook

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! When returning to St. Augustine, we would consider staying here again. It was very clean, very nice and the large hot tub was a hit with our family. We highly recommend this place!

This home has a great location and is walkable to the St Augustine sights. The home was comfortable for 6 adults and was well equipped. The backyard and game room are great.

Great experience in St Augustine

Lincolnville Nook is an amazing home. It was clean and comfortable. It was within walking distance to all of the downtown activities. The arcade game and shuffle board were an added bonus. The hot tub/spa is huge! The beds were comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with everyday essentials. The staff with iTrip is absolutely amazing. We will definitely be back’ thank you for an amazing experience.

We have rented a lot of vacation homes over the years and this had to be one of the greatest ones we have stayed at while on vacation. The house was very clean, and all the items we needed were stocked and worked well. The beds were very comfortable and the game room was a fun bonus! The backyard was awesome and we spent a lot of time at the firepit and in the hot tub and just hanging out on the back patio. I think most of the neighbors are locals and when we would run into them they were friendly and helpful. The fact that we could walk downtown and be there in 5 to 10 minutes was incredible. Having vacationed in the area in the past, driving into downtown St. Augustine is such a complication and expensive if you can find the rare parking spot close. To not have to deal with that hassle was so nice! 10/10, we would absolutely stay here again!

Wedding trip

We stayed in this house for our wedding trip. It was very nice and clean and was perfect for us. The outdoor area was great as well.
