Pet fee 5 Bedroom with King En Suite. Sea Delight is unique in that you will make family happy all the time. Get your extended family and spread out. Imagine, the adults are sitting enjoying a lovely meal and you send the kids outside to play football. Grill out while your kids ride bikes in the quaint neighborhood, or walk to the free pool that you can see from the front yard. Where can you do that while at the beach?! Only at Sea Delight. And this is not a typical rental. This is treated as a personal family home. Cared for with precision. Clean and fully stocked with all of your creature comforts; open to our guests as new friends of the family. Our goal is to have you come year after year, all throughout the year, and join us in enjoying this wonderful life we have been given.

Hop down to downtown Bethany Beach. 2.5 miles from home. Far enough to have quite but close enough to enjoy the free concerts, movies on the beach, eateries and action.

We are about 14 miles from Rehoboth's boardwalk, 12 miles from Ocean City MD boardwalk and 2 .5 miles from Bethany Beach boardwalk. Rehoboth's outlets are also available as well as all the dining, and summer fun available at any vacation spot.

How about having Maryland Crabs at your table! Laughter, love and making unforgettable memories are sure to abound at your vacation at Sea Delight. Our mission in designing this home was to make it a place where people can come together and make their time count. Something as easy as making morning coffee can be done while laughing with your family and friends. How about those moms and grand-moms who have older children. It is hard to get them all together in one place. But not here. Plenty of room for multiple families and very private bedrooms makes this home a haven for all. Each bedroom is placed far from one another so when family time needs a break privacy is not an issue.


Walk into a Large foyer that leads to two private rooms with sliders to the back yard. A Full bath is on this floor as well. One flight of steps leads to an awesome open floor plan where all the action begins. Take one more flight up to the master bed/ bath suite and two more bedrooms and another Full bath.

Great space for a large family. The community pool is a huge plus, with most times feeling like it was a private pool. My kids loved the game room. Huge bonus that we were able to bring our dog. Lots of stuff to do locally within about a 15 minute car ride.

Family Vacation

My husband and I stayed here with our son, daughter and their spouses along with 5 grandchildren and this place was terrific. There was plenty of room and each family had their own area and own bathroom. The pool was a big asset and the drive to the beach was only 5 minutes. The kitchen has plenty of plates, glasses, cookware and small appliances. The appliances are old so they do not work as efficiently as new ones but it was great to have a washer/dryer, dishwasher and microwave.

Host was great. Communication was excellent!!!

The host went above my expectations to make sure me and my family enjoyed our stay at the property. We had such a wonderful time we will definitely return to stay. Location was close to three boardwalks all within a short drive. Host is a wonderful person and really can’t thank her enough.

Very spacious

The only issue we had were with ants and flies. We purchased fly traps and that worked great and treated for ants and put out ant traps and that was quickly resolved as well. Very spacious accommodations and that worked well with our group of 10.

We loved this house!

We decided to rent this house last minute with friends of ours and we were not disappointed. The layout was perfect and all the rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. The house was clean and tidy and already stocked with the basic necessities. The location was perfect for us with only a five minute drive to Bethany Beach and grocery stores right down the road. The homeowner sent me an app in which I was able to view details about the house such as trash pick up Wi-Fi passwords Etc. There was a small issue with the air conditioning upstairs in which the homeowner responded immediately and went out of her way to make sure that we were not inconvenienced and accommodated us. This house is a gem and we can’t wait to rent again next season!

Could have been a 5-star but....

The rental property was very nice and large enough for the 7 adults + 3 kids in our group. The ground floor has the garage (with ping pong table), a queen sized bed room, a room with bunk beds and a full bath. The first floor has the kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry and powder room. The third floor has the master suite (king size bed) with en suite and two bedrooms (both double beds) that share a full bath. There was a bike in the garage, beach toys, beach umbrella and beach chairs. Being a first time vrbo user I probably should have asked more questions. I was disappointed to learn when we arrived that there were no bath towels , no toilet paper, no trash bags, no bar soap, no napkins and no paper towels. All things that if I had known about I could have brought with me instead of rushing out to purchase. And then that first evening we discovered that the tv in the main living area only got reception on a single channel. Don't know what was wrong, and the owner was unable to get it fixed during our stay. Also, we had to email the owner to get the internet password. I think it would be easier for the guest if there was an information packet in the condo-how to operate the tv, what the password is, what the expectations were on checking out (what do we do with the key, the sheets, etc). We received an email the morning of our departure on how the condo should be when we left (sheets in bag by front door, all dishes put away, beds made) -it would have been nice to know that in advance. All of the things that I think were lacking can easily be "fixed" by providing the renters with more information. I would visit this property again (if the tv was working) because I now know what to expect.

We have rented our home a mile away for the past 2 years. We decided to purchase another home as we loved the experience. We sought out a dwelling that had all the perks a vacation home could have. A pool that was in site of the kitchen window, a grassy lot to enjoy the outdoors, a little pond out front to gaze at the geese, all of this graced this home. Inside, families could have privacy when needed and action a flight of steps away. A main floor queen bedroom was ideal for those who rather not do steps. This home has it all.
