This is an 8 story building with 16 luxury condominiums; each condo has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.

With easy access to Cozumel Town, excellent off shore snorkeling, and fabulous sunsets over the Mexican Caribbean, this condo makes the perfect retreat for your holiday. Outdoor amenities include an infinity pool at the ocean edge, Jacuzzi tub, sundeck and tropical gardens.

There is an ocean ladder for easy access to the water where you will be able to enjoy the great snorkeling just offshore.

Maid service is provided every other day; Spa service and cook service is available on request.

THE BEST VACATION SPOT

I could go on and on about this property. The hosts are amazing, the staff was all so kind and helpful. The property is stocked with everything we needed. But by all means that view and the snorkeling just was absolutely the highlight of our vacation. Enjoying the most amazing sunsets every night and having the access to jump in and snorkel any time we wanted. One little thing we all seemed to agree on is the pictures of the place didn't do it justice. It was bigger then we expected and offered plenty of room to spread out. We will definitely be planning a time to take our young kids back next time as well as a repeat adults trip.

Perfect getaway

This is a beautiful condo located in a quiet neighborhood on Cozumel. Lovely ocean views can be seen from each bedroom and and well appointed with everything you need for a relaxing stay.

Perfection!

Fantastic stay! We had a last minute change in trip due to hurricane in Cabo and decided to come to Cozumel instead. Management was incredibly helpful getting our stay booked and helped to set up transportation needs. The unit is simply stunning! Very roomy and clean, and you can’t beat the ocean view. We snorkeled right in front of the pool. We would definitely stay here again and can’t wait to return.

A magnificent property

I can just confirm what other reviews have stated before. This condo is 5 stars all the way: Location, cleanness, the grounds, the VIEW!!! Kudos to Matias and another property manager I interacted with but forgot the name who have been professional, fast at answering any questions we had, and very polite. Go ahead, book it and thank me later.

Great Location

We had a great stay. Lots of sea life directly in front of the condo. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching all of the boat activity. The property management team was very helpful whenever we needed anything.

Vacay to Cozumel

The place was exactly as described and we could not of been happier with our experience during our stay. Great location just north of town. Amazing views from every location in the condo. We spent a lot of time on the patio and in the living room/dining room areas as it had a nice family feel. We got right in to the unit on the day of check in and they were very accommodating to all of our different timing on check out as we had two different groups with different flights home. No need to rent a car while here as we could get a cab right out front of the complex usually in less than 5 minutes. Overall a great place to stay and I would highly recommend staying in this vacation rental. -Jason

Fabulous!

We were so thrilled with this location and condo. The condo is clean and well furnished, with a lot of thought put into it. It's very spacious and bright with a bathroom in each room making it very easy for people have their own space as well as a large open space for everyone to hang out. Plus, the balcony is huge! But that wasn't even the best part. The view... My word, the view. The water, the boats, the snorkelers, the water, the sunset, the water. It was literally EXACTLY what we were hoping for. And the other thing we were hoping for also delivered. The access to snorkeling was easy and the instant your head is in the water, fish are abundant. Water entry with the ladder was the easiest I can remember and there are tons of fish. In our 5 days in the water we were treated to all the regular fish plus a ton of little sting rays, an octopus, many eels, and even a giant eagle ray cruising right under us. All of it within a couple hundred yards of the condo and 20 feet of the shore. Also, jumping off the diving board is a blast! Finally, having housekeeping every couple of days was a nice treat. The service was excellent. With easy access to town via taxi (though after getting groceries we never wanted to leave), a killer view, and great clear water for snorkeling, we were honestly thrilled with this place!

Beautiful Vacations

what can't we say about our stay in Nah ha. We walked in the door and both out mouths dropped, it was absolutely gorgeous. The view of the ocean is spectacular. The living/dining room area is huge. The kitchen is every woman's dream kitchen with the granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, even a dishwasher. The kitchen had everything you needed right down to a bottle opener. There are more cupboards in the kitchen then any person would need, and the dishes, wine glasses were beautiful. The patio was the place we spent our early mornings and evening sitting on looking out at the ocean and lights of Playa de Carmen. I must say that usually when we are on vacation we eat out every night, but not this time, we love just being in our unit, it felt so cozy. We will definitely be back to stay in Nah-ha 502

A slice of heaven!

This property is so beautiful, the condo is very spacious with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, a very large balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean and every amenity you could want. We had stayed in other condos the last time we visited Cozumel but Nah Ha tops that stay by miles. They did not miss a thing, comfortable furnishings, perfect ambiance. The staff is friendly and always helpful. With someone at the front door all night watching out for you and the place adds a great sense of security. Your own numbered parking space was a nice touch also. We definitely want to come back here and bring the family next time. Nah Ha condos are such an excellent choice when staying in Cozumel. We are glad we found this 9 story slice of heaven!

Gorgeous Condo!

The pictures online are real and unbelievable. The most beautiful colors of water I've ever seen! This condo was excellent in every way. The huge balcony seems to be over the water. This condo is a 3 bedroom 31/2 bath condo. The expansive balcony stretches from one master bedroom across the family room. The second master has oceanfront views also. The third has it's on bathroom and 2 single beds. The kitchen is very large. Plenty of room for cooking and eating. Also I've never seen a rental that charges less for fewer people.

Perfect in every way! Nah Ha Condo 502

My husband and I traveled with 4 teens/college students for Spring Break to Cozumel. Nah Ha 502 was a perfect for us. It offers a luxurious decor, all the nicest necessities, and the beautiful reef right off the pool deck, We were heartily welcomed by Joyce who checked in and kept us top of her mind all through our week. We loved being on the 5th floor the view was perfect. The maids worked around our diving schedule and did an excellent job. The 24 hour hour security team is so helpful, hailing taxis for us any time of day. There is nothing that could have been better about this condo and the management company. Did you know the best eagle ray diving site is several yards almost straight out from the Nah ha pool. It was like a highway of eagle rays out there! Try walking to cozumel B Hotel for breakfast and snorkeling back to Nah ha! Amazing commute

Beautiful Condo NahHA 502

The condo was beautiful, the people that were there for us were awesomoe.I can't wait to go back. Wonderful sunsets right from our balcony, and not a far walk from downtown...ok, I'll say it again...Perfect!
