In line with our unwavering dedication to the safety and security of all guests, we use a thorough screening process preceding each booking. This includes ID verification and the submission of a selfie, designed to foster a secure environment. Be advised that flagged IDs or indications of credit card fraud may result in the cancellation of the reservation, with a full refund promptly issued. Our screening process, facilitated by Enso Connect/Autohost AI, ensures both efficiency and accuracy in maintaining safety protocols.

A temporary hold of $2 will be placed on provided credit cards for verification purposes, further enhancing our commitment to security.

Guests residing within a 50-mile radius must adhere to a minimum booking requirement of two nights, as per building policy.

All of our units embody more space, less contact, and modern design. While our room offerings are based on the design seen in the photos above, please note that each of our units has their individualized elements of design and decorative features.

Our spacious one-bedroom apartment can accommodate up to four guests with a queen-size bed and a pull-out sofa that sleeps two. You'll also have a modern bathroom, with a rain shower head. You’ll adore your breathtaking kitchen that’s decked out with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a Keurig machine, and more! After a long day exploring the city, unwind in front of your flatscreen TV with Roku and unlimited wifi. Better yet, take in the sights of downtown on your own private balcony.

To maintain the optimal condition of our heating and cooling units, please refrain from setting the thermostat lower than 67 degrees Fahrenheit when on cool or higher than 75 degrees Fahrenheit when on heat. Deviating from these settings may result in damage to the units, potentially leaving you without AC or heat until emergency maintenance can address the issue.

Please know that all properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $1000.

Please note, that while we provide access to the building's pool for our guests, it is occasionally closed for maintenance or seasonal issues at the building's discretion. We cannot be held responsible if the pool is closed during your trip.

Pets are allowed depending on size. Please be upfront about bringing a pet or else you will be canceled. The following additional PER Pet Cleaning Fee applies :

1-4 Nights : $25 per pet, per day
5-29 Nights :$200 per pet
30+ Nights : $300 per pet

This fee must be paid before you will be given access to the unit. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. If discovered afterward, this fee doubles.

Early Check is $25 an hour and late check out is $25 hour (YOU MUST REQUEST THIS AND PAY UPFRONT.) If you checkout past 10AM without letting us know we will charge $50 an hour. It is not possible to fully accommodate every early check in and late check out. This varies on our cleaning crew's schedule. Thank you for understanding.
