We had a wonderful 7-day stay in Cape Coral. The home was spotless, modern, and felt brand new—everything was truly perfect. The backyard was flawless and became a favorite place to relax, and the converted garage game room was a huge hit with our group.We really appreciated the thoughtful touches, including coffee, bottled water, soap, shampoo, and even laundry detergent—it made settling in so easy. The location was ideal: just a 25-minute drive to Sanibel Island, which was a great bonus, and perfectly situated between the beach and JetBlue Park. We were in town for a baseball showcase, and this was the perfect home base.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property!

Nice place

Everything was as advertised in description and pictures. Property well maintained inside and out. Spent two weeks there. No complaints. Close to amenities such as grocery, places to eat/drink and listen to music.

One of the best Vacay decisions we have made.

Just as it looks in the pictures, AMAZING! Game room got a lot of use when we weren't out & beach gear a big plus too. Coffee set-up was a nice start to each of our 8 days. Son forgot his earbuds when we left and Dee helped us get them back!

All i can say is WOW. This place was more then expected. From the back yard to the game room in the garage. The neighborhood was very nice, close to bars,restaurants, beaches ect... Irecommend and
