The space
Stairs up to the main floor where you'll find a large deck just 75 feet from the surf, a comfortable living room facing the water with towering ceilings, stylish and workable kitchen, including upscale provisions and Marketspice Tea offerings, laundry, powder bath, and bedroom suite. The upstairs loft has a small sitting area with chaise lounge, large sleeping area and beautiful bathroom with a tub designed to take in the view of the Strait. Outdoor spaces include a private yard on the west side of the home and of course your own private beach.
