Furry Friends

- Prior approval is required. We allow up to 3 dogs for an additional fee of $150/pet/stay.
- Must be fully house trained and behaved dogs.
- Must be completely cleaned up after.
- Leashed at all times when not in a fenced area.
- Crated indoors when not home with the pet.
- If barking becomes an issue during your stay, alternative arrangements must be made.
- Not allowed on the indoor furniture or bedding or community pool areas or amenities.

KINDLY NOTE

- For your peace of mind, surveillance cameras are located around the exterior of the house (by the front door and overlooking the driveway). No inside cameras.
- Noise monitors inside and outside the house do not record voice or conversation, only monitor decibels.
- BBQ Grill and an empty extra propane tank are provided. Guest are responsible for exchanging the propane tank at the local stores for use.
- Please note that due to the pool being a community pool, NO refund will be granted if it is temporarily closed, or if the heater's temporarily down.
- Kindly adhere to the quiet hours from 10PM till 7AM, which must be observed as per city ordinances.
- For your comfort, our home is treated quarterly by a professional pest control company. But given our tropical climate, you may still see the occasional bug. Please keep doors and screens closed to help prevent bugs from entering, as no compensation will be provided for any bugs that may come inside.

IMPORTANT NOTE: For the security of our guests, every guest who enters the home during your stay MUST be listed on the reservation or disclosed to the host. Please, make sure to register the correct number of guests. Undisclosed guests who are not included in the official confirmation can place your stay at risk for early termination without a refund, and can incur an additional charge of $25/guest.

- Owner/property manager does not have control over community pool closure or amenities due to maintenance or emergency so no refund will be granted.

- Any unauthorized late check-out will incur a $100/hour charge, due to the cleaning company having to wait, due to not being given prior notice.
