Family-Friendly Cottage on full recreation lake

Bring your family and friends to this beautiful, spacious, family-friendly cottage on a full recreation lake that is just the right size. Our family has enjoyed it for over 20 years with family and friends. The cottage is fully equipped with everything you need to create memories that last a lifetime.
The lake is about 280 acres, spring-fed and is perfect for many activities. Sailing, swimming, tubing and fishing are our favorites. The fire pit is available to use and firewood is available at most nearby grocery stores. There is also room in the yard for cook-outs and yard games for your family to enjoy.
Kids of all ages will enjoy swimming in the shallow water right off of the pier on a firm, sandy bottom. The kids love to watch the minnows swim and feed the ducks that like to come near the pier.
The cottage is fully furnished, air conditioned, smoke-free and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Enjoy a large variety of games that are available for you to use.
The décor is comfortable and casual, with a bit of a nautical theme. You’ll love just relaxing in the front room or outside on the patio with a beautiful view of the lake. There are three Roku TV’s in the cottage if you are in the mood for a movie.
You will love spending time in this open-concept kitchen. The kitchen is large enough to make a big meal, if you want to, with a table that seats 8. Plus, there is another table near it on the porch. It has all of the amenities of home including all large appliances, including a dishwasher, a coffee maker and microwave. Don’t worry about pots, pans, silverware and cookware. If you need to do a little laundry when you are there, a washing machine and dryer are in the basement as well. It’s all there, including a spectacular view of the lake!
Two of the bedrooms are ready for couples and have queen size beds. The third bedroom can either be used for 2 more couples or the kids-it’s complete with one double/twin bunk bed and another double bed. There is also a futon for and extra guest or two. All linens, towels, and blankets are included. Two full baths allow for plenty of space for all guests to get ready for their activities comfortably.
It's a relaxed setting outside of town but just minutes away from restaurants, grocery stores, and gas stations.
