Visit Austin and stay in the best SoCo location - less than 150 ft. from South Congress Avenue's vibrant center - located on the block, halfway between Vesapio Restaurant and June's All Day Restaurant, diagonally across from the South Congress Hotel. Step out the Lofts private courtyard door and around the corner to fine restaurants, boutiques, food trailers, live music and the hub of activities for Austin's major events. This location is right in the middle of many of the special live venues for SXSW, and close by all of Austin's local year round entertainment. The Art Alley Loft is a fresh clean studio apartment, built specifically for visitors wanting to be in the heart of Austin's activities - This beautiful apartment has a queen size bed, and a comfortable lounging area with luxury private bath that offers you a personal retreat right in the middle of one of Austin's favorite city spots.

Our heart of SoCo location is right off S. Congress Ave in the Bouldin Creek neighborhood - putting you minutes from downtown and at the center of SoCo, two blocks from the Hotel San Jose and around the corner from the South Congress Hotel. All of our visitors truly enjoy this vibrant area.

The Art Alley Loft has a mini-refrigerator, microwave oven, hot-water kettle, plates, silverware, cups, glasses and wine glasses - everything you need for light eating in this apartment home, and with dozens of interesting and gourmet restaurants to choose from, good food is always close by.

Fantastic restaurants, 24/7 breakfast, live music, boutique and vintage shopping are all just steps away from your front door - relax and enjoy the private courtyard area.

We often provide a home brew craft beer tasting to guests in the courtyard (if we're not off at one of the many Austin special events)...

Small and perfectly formed in a great spot.

Although this property is a studio it has everything you need for a stay in Austin. There are many bars, restaurants and coffee shops nearby including both C Boys and The Continental Club if music is your thing. Sixth Street is about a 25 minute walk down hill - although of course this means it's uphill on the way home! However, if you can't face walking, an Uber home from down town costs about $8. We also enjoyed breakfast at June's which is literally 2 minutes away. Nan is quick to respond to any queries and check in is really easy. A great apartment and highly recommended.

Great loft in the SoCo district in Austin

Wonderful host. Location is right in the South Congress area of restaurants and shops. Enjoyed long walks and bike rides. Would stay again.

Very comfortable, clean, walking distance to fun/ restaurants.

Verry good choice for two and a rental car. The unit is behind stores and restaurants in an alley.With deliveries and thrash pick up in the early hours. No big deal but was not ready for the wake-up call. Will stay again.👍🏽👍🏽Mercy Nan

Great location

This loft is in a great location, close to So. Congress dining and shopping. Our host was very helpful with suggestions on places to eat or drink. It was also an easy walk to Capitol or UT.

Great location!

The loft was clean and had all the necessary amenities for our stay. The location is perfect and very accessible to tons of great restaurants and shopping in South Congress. Also a nice walk to downtown! Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome location and host!

My colleg-age daughter and I stayed here for a spring break getaway. Awesome location! Loft was perfect. Close to everything and Uber was always easy to get. Felt very safe as two women walking around. Nan is a fantastic host and was so responsive—even set out beach towels and a blanket for a day at Barton Springs. Will definitely stay here again when we come Back!

Greeted by owner, held our luggage while we explored, since we arrived early,. Realty enjoyed Austin and walked downtown, Barton springs, ladybird and capitol!

Location location location!

Great spot for walking around to explore shops and restaurants in the area. Short Uber rides to spots across the bridge as well. Very clean and homey.

Close to EVERYTHING!!

Best location right off of South Congress! The loft is decorated beautifully, the bed & pillows were super comfortable, parking was easy & there is some delicious places to eat within walking distance!! Nan was so quick to respond when we had questions.

Great hidden gem in fantastic location!

I stayed at this property with my sister over the 2021 F1 US Grand Prix weekend and had an absolutely lovely time. Nan was easy to reach with any questions we had, and we enjoyed having access to the goodies of water, snacks, and beer provided for us. The SoCo neighborhood is such a lovely walkable area, and my sister and I were fully content to spend the majority of our time in the area after the conclusion of the GP weekend. We would absolutely love to come back and recommend this property to anyone interested in staying in the SoCo neighborhood!

The Beat of Austin at your door.

Just for the location alone I’d give a 5-star review. Just off South Congress and in a beautiful neighborhood, it couldn’t be any more convenient to walk, e-scooter/bike or catch an Uber to anywhere in the city. The loft itself was so nice, open, and sunny. With the AC keeping it a comfortable setting all day it was the perfect spot to grab an afternoon nap in between meeting up with friends and our adventures in the city. Our host, Nan, was great about communicating via the app and was happy to accommodated requests like borrowing outdoor fold up chairs. I would highly recommend and will definitely stay again the next time I’m in Austin.

I’m so glad we picked this location!

It was the cutest little space to cool off and have a siesta between exploring all that Austin has to offer. There was a lot within walking distance or hop on a scooter. And other hot spots were a short Uber ride away. I could have stayed just on south Congress the whole time and been very happy. Nan was very helpful and sweet. Like every Texan we met! We had a great time.

Perfect for walking

Great location, surprisingly quiet yet not more than 60ft from the main drag. Communication with owner was very available. Everything was easy except the tv but who uses the tv when you've got all that available?

Fantastic all around experience

Hosts were extremely helpful & knowledgeable. Loft apartment was situated in the best part of the city in close proximity to everything yet still quiet. Apartment was also extremely well designed and had everything you would need for an extended stay. Highly recommend and will be back for sure.

Great location

Everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Bikes and discs were a great bonus. Thank you Jeff for your kindness and suggestions on where to eat/ride bikes. Easy parking always available. Quiet location with lots of fun stuff within walking distance. Would stay here again.

Amazing stay

Had an amazing stay this past weekend for a girls trip to ACL. Nan was amazing and quick to respond when needed. She was so accommodating. Will definitely recommend this place stay as it fit all our needs and can’t beat the location! Only suggestion would be to possibly move the tv somehow so you can view it from the bed.

Great location

I'm very particular and a bit of a clean freak. The bed was very comfortable and room very clean. Nan provided snacks and drinks in the fridge.. a nice touch when coming back to the room on a hot day. The location was great, right off Congress. We rented scooters and went up/down the street enjoying the shops and restaurants. Even though it is so close to the "Active" street, the studio remained quiet at night for sleeping. We will be back! Cher and Kiki 2019 sister trip.
