Grateful to my Canadian guests for reaffirming our belief of the importance our staff play in making my guests stay enjoyable. Book our villa and we will work together to tailor make an enjoyable stay at the villa and a fabulous holiday in Mauritius. Wendy

Thanks for your kind review Gilbert. My staff and I continuously strive to ensure our clients have a good holiday.

Short and snappy 5* reviews is what we want from you. But to get that we work diligently behind the scene to ensure you have a a stress free stay at the villa. You reserve the villa, we work hard to ensure you give us such reviews. -:)

I am glad this group had a good holiday and liked the villa. The reason why we ask potential clients to have the villa checked out before booking, if they have contact in Mauritius, is because we want to ensure you like your accommodation and is as described on the website..... Wendy

Grateful for another 5* review. We see it as our duty to ensure our clients have a stress free holiday. So if you want airport transfer, car rental, advice on excursions or have local food prepared please ask us and we will make it happen. Oh, and our staff in Mauritius are at your disposal for help and advice. Go and enjoy your holiday.

Thank you JF for this kind review. I am sorry I was not able to accommodate your group for your entire stay due to near maximum occupancy in December. Nevertheless you appreciated the facilities, independence and flexibility of staying in a private self catering villa as opposed to the Hotel you stayed at. As a Canadian I hope you are now aware that last minute booking is virtually impossible for the months of Dec/Jan/Feb/March in villas of this quality in Mauritius. I would be delighted to be of assistance to you and your family/friends in the future but if you are looking to book the villa for end of year festivities I strongly advise that you do so well in advance. Xmas/NY 2013 was booked 18 months in advance and 3 groups are at present vying for 2014/15 availability!! I was also very pleased to hear from GARCON our caretaker/manager that members of your family thoroughly enjoyed spending New Year at the villa instead of restrictions of the Hotel!! Merci et peut etre a bientot!!! Wendy Lloyd-Jones

Thanks to Lyndsay for her positive feedback of which I am grateful. Customer satisfaction remains my prime objective. Wendy Lloyd-Jones

My grateful thanks to Peter K for this kind review. As mentioned in my response to other reviews I see it as my duty to ensure clients have a stress free holiday. My assurance to you from the time you inquire about the villa to the time you catch your flight back home is that you go to Mauritius and enjoy your holiday and leave the organising to me. I will do my utmost best to answer your queries, arrange and book extra services, such as car hire, excursions, daily maid service, a cook, baby sitting arrangements and airport transfer. Let me take the stress away from you whether you are just booking a holiday or want me to organise your WEDDING. As for my caretaker/manager Garcon and his wife Bebe, they are well seasoned hosts who always strive to please with minimum of fuss and intrusion. Thank you Peter. Wendy Lloyd-Jones

I thank the client for his constructive comments and I am looking into this. Wendy

Thanks for a great review. A toaster is now in place and the WiFi is being checked out. Wendy

We are here to make your holiday a memorable one. Any help or advice? I am here for you. Wendy

Guests satisfaction is at the forefront of our business. Book this property with the knowledge that we do our utmost to ensure you have a stress free holiday. Wendy

These clients landed late at night and our staff cooked their evening meals. On arrival at the villa food and drinks were waiting for them. They loved the local food and got our staff to prepare evening meals on numerous occasion. If you fancy trying local dishes let us know and we will oblige. Wendy

Thanks for this kind review Magali. We are in Mauritius at the moment and looking into the curtains as mentioned.

When you book our villas my staff and I are at your disposal for any queries you may have. You reserve the villas and let us do the background work to ensure you have a stress holiday. Regards, Wendy
