The home is made up of the following bedrooms:
Mickey room - 2 twin beds in an awesome Disney themed bedroom, flat screen smart TV , closet - shared jack and Jill bathroom with quartz counters and fluffy white towels.

Queen bedroom - a relaxing and comfortable room with coastal decor, flat screen smart TV, closet - Shares jack and Jill bathroom with Mickey room and is supplied with towels.

Harry Potter room - awesome harry potter theming, flat screen smart tv, closet - Bathroom adjacent with quartz counters, Bath/shower and towels.

Master bedroom - An oversized coastal retreat with an enviable location overlooking the pool, grab your morning coffee, open the slider from your bedroom and feel the warm florida sun! This room has a large flat screen smart tv, walk in closet and large ensuite bathroom with walk in shower, bath and quartz counters.

In addition to the bedrooms you will find an open plan kitchen, with modern stainless steel appliances throughout, Quarts counters, crockery, cooking utensils, childrens plates and cups etc and bar area with stools for friends and family to gather whist you cook up a storm. This leads to the dining area complete with dining table which seats 8 and living area with comfortable seating and large smart TV. Recently refurbished, this space has high quality, comfortable furniture and is an awesome space to gather.

The kitchen/living/dining area has the added advantage of being at the back of the home and overlooking the fantastic pool area. Open the large slider and take in the view of the pool which has a child safety fence for added peace of mind. The garden is also fully fenced making it fully secured. The large grill is free for guests use* and with a table and chairs it makes a fantastic spot for meals outside. Relax on the loungers whilst the kids enjoy the many pool toys, our guests often tell us of the hours of fun they enjoy in this space! The covered lanai offers shade whilst taking in the view. Pool towels are supplied. and the pool can be heated*.

The games room can be found in the garage and will entertain the family for hours with a Pac man machine, basketball game and air hockey table. Anyone wanting to have a quieter game can take advantage of the table and chairs and partake in a board game.

For added convenience you will find a large washer and dryer available for use and an ironing board should you need it.

Guests wanting to catch up on a little work can take advantage of the work space and use of printer. A handy extra!

With a fantastic location in the popular gated community of West haven, this home is only a short drive to the most popular attractions in Orlando. the world-famous Disney world parks are just 15-20 minutes and SeaWorld, Universal, Discovery Cove and Volcano bay 20- 25 minutes. Conveniently located near the Champions gate amenities where you will find shops, restaurants, pharmacies and world class golf courses.

This home has all you will need for a hassle-free stay, but please get in touch if you have a questions or requests.

*The grill is free for guests use but please note there is a $60 cleaning fee which is passed on to guests if the grill is not cleaned after use. A gas bottle is supplied but should this run out during a guests stay it is the guest`s responsibility to replenish.

The pool can be heated for $35 per day.
