This beach house accommodates fourteen (14) guests and comes with a private pool, offering both a place to call home and nearby pristine beaches to soak up the sun, float/swim in the tranquil emerald waters, and indulge in the beautiful sunsets of the Emerald Coast.

THE LOCATION

30A is one of South Walton County's distinct beach getaways known for turquoise ocean water, soft white sand beaches, and luxury beach properties such as this one! Bikers will be in absolute paradise, with 21 plus miles of bike paths to explore along the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico on 30A and some of the area’s rarest coastal dune lakes. Our property does not offer bikes or a golf cart, but we highly recommend renting bikes or carts from Shoreline Beach Services.

Beyond the beach, there is upscale and casual dining, shopping, funky art galleries, seasonal farmers market, live music venues and so much more to discover on 30A from Grayton Beach, Rosemary Beach, Seaside, Watercolor to Topsail State Park.

Take a relaxing walk to enjoy the famous Red Bar, Chiringo, or AJ’s Seafood and Oyster Bar for great food, cocktails and family friendly fun!

Grayton Dunes Beach Access is ADA accessible, with freshwater showers and street parking and is located at the end of Garfield Street behind the Red Bar in the heart of Grayton Beach. Grayton Beach State Park is one mile away with bathrooms, showers, parking, and beautiful hiking trails.

• Amenities include a private pool, an outdoor gas grill, fully equipped kitchen, separate ice maker, wine fridge, Smart flat-screen HDTVs, free WIFI, desk/workspace, air conditioning and central heating, washer and dryer, crisp linens and bath towels.
• A camera is located outside by the front door for additional security.
• We provide an initial setup of toilet paper, paper towel, dish detergent, 1 pack of dishwasher detergent, 1 single use laundry detergent box, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion and mini bar soap, 2 kitchen trash bags, 1 kitchen sponge and 1 kitchen hand towel - this is only to get your vacation started. You will need to purchase additional amenities for your full stay.
• The private driveway will accommodate three (3) full size vehicles.
• We do not offer baby gear however we recommend using Crib Connection for pack and plays, highchair, crib, and baby beach gear. They offer a 10% discount code which we will provide upon request.
