Laid Back is a classic Grayton Beach home, located in the heart of Grayton Beach and easy walking distance (one minute walk) to the renowned Red Bar restaurant, as well as other dining/shopping amenities nearby. This spacious 5 bedroom/4 bath home sleeps 18 guests with 3 kings, 2 queens, 2 sets of twin/full bunks, plus a queen sofa sleeper.

Laid Back is stocked with an exceptional collection of movies, great books, video games for the kids, and a very unique collection of music. There’s sophisticated original artwork throughout the home, a dedicated computer DSL line upstairs and downstairs, plus WiFi throughout the house. Exterior steps in front and back, along with a spiral staircase inside, connect upstairs to the downstairs. French doors open from both bedrooms and the activity room downstairs to the 28' x 14' pool (with option to heat in off season at additional cost of $300.00 a week). Grill on the second floor deck with beach views. Pool gate opens directly to a 50' public walkway over the dunes to the beach! Parking for 2 to 3 vehicles.
