The apartment is a 1,250 sq. ft. furnished space with 2 small bedrooms and a bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a queen size bed in it, while the other has the space for a twin or queen. (We have one of each size air mattress if interested). The space is open concept with the living room opening straight into the kitchen and dining area. Dishwasher, washer and dryer in unit. Large backyard in the back with a fire pit, grill and outdoor heater and seating. Located near the famous Defonte's, a 4 minute walk to the B61 and a 10-12 minute walk from the Smith and 9th station. We are also about a 10 minute walk from the ferry.
