Hi Donna, Thank you for your review. I would like to clarify things for future guests. All of the windows and veranda door to Sol do lock. I am not sure why Donna wrote this in her review. The provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash is of high quality. It is in bulk bottle containers with pumps on top in order to not cause more waste by having small throw away bottles. The pool furnisher is changed out annually so is always relatively new. There is a property manager on-site 4 days per week who cleans the pool area everyday he is here. The towels and sheets are also regularly replaced. We apologize that the neighborhood construction bothered you during your stay. Normally it ends around 4pm on weekdays and noon or earlier on Saturdays while they don't work on Sundays. It looks like the project that you are referring to will be complete in the next 3 month, around July 2025 (just to let future guests know). They are in the final stages.
