The seven-story, complex, completed in December of 2006 is right on the beach, and the terraces look directly down on the 80 foot long infinity pool and the beautiful blue tropical waters of Banderas Bay. During the winter, whales are a daily sight, and in the summer dorado can be seen cornering bait fish near the shore. The southern exposure means unparalleled views of the sun from dawn to dusk, as well as the sailboats, and the picturesque four-mile distant Tres Marietas Island natural reserve.
