You will love this cozy vacation home because now you can finally relax. This villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen and is fully furnished. Swim or float away in the pool watching the sunset. There is a perfect view of the gorgeous lake where you can see all of the nature and wildlife! The bedrooms are spacious for stretching out and relaxing. It is a home for everyone...
This amazing place is really close to the majority of the attractions, restaurants and major shopping centers.

Please note, that the AC temperature will not be set up lower than 72 degrees.
The minimum age required is 18.

BBQ grill and Pool Heat are additional fees. A services fee of $50 will be applied for the pool heating order placed
less than 7 days before arrival.
Office hours from 9am to 10pm.
Early check-in and late check- out might be possible but subject to availability.

Absolutely amazing!

Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. It was very clean and Property management was always exceptional and very quick to respond. Loved every aspect of the property!

Enjoyed our time , was like being at our home .

It’s a nice little property and set up and pretty minimal on the requirements in regard to house rules, other than common courtesy when staying in someone else’s home . I would stay again over a hotel had a good time and had everything we needed .

Perfect spot for our family!

I brought my husband and our 3 girls for a conference at the Gaylord. I got 3 nights at this house and 1 night at the Gaylord and I can say with all certainty that I vastly preferred this house and wish I would have stayed the extra night! The property is beautiful! Clean, cozy, very comfortable. Plenty of pots & pans for cooking, a Keurig, and even a panini press! It felt like home. The pool was the perfect size and depth for my kids to safely swim—and they did, nonstop! Pool was also clean. The process of renting and checking in was easy and seamless.

We vacay to eagle point every year, and this was the eorse stay ever. The house was ok but, there seems to be a bug problem. The bed in the master bedroom id definitely not a king size bed its more like a full. The ceiling fan a broken in the master bedroom and i spent my entire trip trying to get someone to fix it conversation listed below. I was told that a ceiling fan was not an amenity. However, it was extremely warm in that room. Eagle point is our choice every year but, this address i will definitely remember!

The ceiling fan is not listed as an amenity for this property. While we understand it was warm, the home is equipped with central AC for cooling. Beds were all stained duvets and dirty sheets we went to Walmart and bought sheets. Blinds were broken and missing blades on almost every window. Roaches, what google lens called ghost ants and geckos roaming all through the house overall lack of cleaning when we cleaned up on our way out it was cleaner than when we got there.! We had fun in Florida unit it was time to go home and sleep amongst the creepy crawlers. I had to beg my wife not to leave on MONDAY because she couldn’t sleepThe pool was inaccessible do to the slider that almost wouldn’t move we went out of the front door walked through. The side yard into the pool enclosure to get to the yucky pool and padlocked grille

Never Again

This was by far one of the worst travel experiences I’ve ever had, and I was especially disappointed because I brought my children here for what was supposed to be a fun and relaxing spring break in Florida. Instead, we ended up dealing with a nightmare.As soon as we walked into the house, we were overwhelmed by a foul, lingering smell. It was musty and sour—like the place hadn’t been cleaned properly in ages. No amount of candles, sprays, or open windows could get rid of it.The problems didn’t stop there. The kitchen blinds were broken and hanging awkwardly, offering no privacy and adding to the overall feeling of neglect. Several items in the house were outdated or barely working, and it just didn’t feel clean or maintained.Worst of all—there were bugs. Not just crawling around, but in the beds. Absolutely disgusting. My kids and I were completely uncomfortable trying to sleep at night. I spent a good portion of our stay checking sheets, shaking out clothes, and trying to keep the bugs at bay. That alone made it impossible to relax or enjoy the trip.This place was advertised as a family-friendly vacation rental, but it felt more like an abandoned property that hadn’t seen a deep clean or proper care in years. Our spring break was tainted by the stress, discomfort, and general grossness of this house.Do not stay here. It needs serious cleaning, pest control, and maintenance before anyone should be allowed to rent it again. What a waste of time and money.
