Minimum booking = 5 nights (7 nights at Christmas/New Year/Easter).

DISCOUNTS - A 7% discount is given on the advertised villa rent (excluding pool heating charges) for bookings of 21 to 27 nights, and a 14% discount for 28+ nights.

Please note NO "HOST FEE" (after departure cleaning charge) FOR ALL BOOKINGS. This is a BIG SAVING compared to other villas.

Free WI-FI.

Originally a show home by the estate developers, this oversized (2,100 sq. ft.) villa faces a large lake and conservation area. Eagle Pointe is a peaceful community, yet is only 5 minutes (via Poinciana Blvd) from the hundreds of tourist (shops, restaurants, bars) facilities on Highway 192, which leads straight to DISNEY WORLD, which is a GENUINE total of 14 MINUTES DRIVE from the villa. Fully equipped and air conditioned, each room also has cathedral ceilings with fans. Two bedrooms have queen size beds and the other two have twin beds. The living room and dining area leads to the family room and second dining table. The kitchen and separate laundry room have all necessary modern equipment. The games room has a 7 foot pool table, table football, dart board, radio/ CD player, sofa and chairs. The screened swimming pool, resurfaced in October 2021, can be heated (additional cost applies - see below) and is equipped with modern patio furniture. Other facilities include 4 cable TVs, DVD player, hi-fi system, telephone (free USA/Canada calls), clock radios, a safe and alarm. The local management company are available 24/7.

POOL HEATING charges are GB£100 per week/GB£15 per day plus 13.5% Florida tax.

We really enjoyed staying in this home. The layout was awesome, and it felt clean. The host communicated with us very reliably. It was a little far from where we needed to travel to each day but that was okay.

I just want to clarify that the guests comment about the travel distance relates to a therapy camp they were taking their children to, not the nearby popular tourist attractions such as Disney World, Universal and Sea World.

Great house at Kissimmee

This house was a great location for our daughter’s volleyball tournament and visiting the universal parks. It was spacious and comfortable. The pool was clean and relaxing. A couple things that were missing were napkins and extra shampoo/conditioner.

Great home to stay at near many activities

This home was spot on with the photos. Everything was clean and tidy, home is fairly close to Disney Parks and other activities. The outdoor pool was nice, and the neighborhood is a great neighborhood. The property management company didn’t have the binder at the property which was no fault of the homeowner. I will definitely stay here again!

Could use a good cleaning but still very lovely

Lots of space and had everything we needed. The pool was fantastic and beautifully warm. The only imperfection was that the house could use a really good cleaning but if you don’t mind a bit of dust then this house will work wonderfully.

Nice location villa is in good condition but showing signs of aging now. Kids loved the pool and games room. Beds we really comfortable which is a bonus overall very nice but aging and in need of a little talc now..

Eagle pointe property

Excellent all round. Booking, communication and prep all great. Villa as described. Very clean, good rooms and layout. Facilities great. WiFi first class and cable TV good. Pool area great. Nice outlook with no neighbours to the rear. Some at each side but no real issue. Handy to most places. All in all a great place to stay.

Satisfied with the home.

The home was fine. the neighbors were a little load 2 days that we were there, but they were quiet by the 9 o'clock time. It really was not a problem. The only thing missing were there were no face cloths at all at the house, and the towels were quite old. The family did enjoy our stay for sure at this home.

Great location and value

The house was very clean, and easy to get to.. for the price it was a good value . A few items were off putting theposting of possible charges every where.. the kitchen was nice but there was no basic amenities outside of utensil .. such as coffee or condiments.. the beds were a bit underwhelming.. The only big item I would change is the tiny toilets which from the signs are problematic ..

Lovely comfortable villa

We had a wonderful three week stay in this lovely comfortable villa.It had everything that we needed and the games room was a great bonus. It was lovely to sit inside the screened pool area and not be bothered by flying insects. The view over the lake is beautiful and we saw interesting wild birds and baby ducklings which came right up to the screen. Our family joined us for some of the time and when my husband was ill for a couple of days we used Uber taxis which were very efficient and economical. They arrived within ten minutes of being ordered. It cost 14 dollars each way to Animal Kingdom, taking us to the entrance and avoiding the 20 dollar parking fee. It cost about 7 dollars each way to the restaurants on the 192 and it would cost 28 dollars to go to the airport. As Publix and Wallmart will deliver groceries I think it would be feasible to just use Uber and not bother with a hire car, especially if you were nervous of driving abroad.

This house is a dump!! There are way better choices out there!!

***Do not stay here!!!*** While the pictures may look nice, this house is old and shabby and has not been kept up. We had old food still on the floor when we arrived, stains on our bed linens, Pool heat that broke down twice during the coldest weather of the year, and not enough hot water pressure to take a shower. We literally had to take cold showers our entire stay since the plumbing was in such bad condition. There were little ants that crawled all over the kitchen the patio furniture was mildewed and old, and all then pots and pans looked like they had been there since the house was built. It is also in a dumpy neighborhood and we had people racing up and down the road all night revving their engines. This house desperately needs to be updated and until then, there are way better places to stay that this. Don't make the same mistake we did.

I would respectfully suggest potential guests view my other reviews rather than solely judge my property by this guests comments, which are vastly different from other previous guests complementary comments. I think he has exaggerated his opinion because he suffered unusually cold weather during his 7 days and could not get the massive discount claimed for the lesser number of valid issues he had. The house was checked as clean before he arrived and then candy appeared on the floor, the same as his children were eating when my management company called to view his complaint. Yes the water pressure to the showers dropped but this was rectified by a plumber the next day, so contrary to his comments he did not have cold showers for more than that time. The pool heater cuts out if very cold weather occurs, to save damaging the unit. One repair was needed to it however and the contractor had a delay in supplying the part, which unfortunately took 3 days to arrive, just as this guest departed. No complaint was made about the small ants, which are a common problem in Florida, particularly if food is left out. Had he mentioned this extra pest control, beyond the regular pest control already in place, would have been arranged. The many kitchen pots and pans supplied are modern and kept clean, as is all bed linen. Eagle Pointe is a very popular vacation rental estate and not as this guest portrays it. This is backed up by the large number of vacation rentals on the estate which are advertised on VRBO.

Great place to stay!

This was the perfect place for our stay. We were in town for a convention and the location was perfect! Checking in and out was super easy. The kitchen was stocked with enough cookware that we were able to make several meals throughout the week. Our kids enjoyed having the pool just outside on the back patio. Everything about this property was exactly what we needed. We would definitely stay here again!
