This charming 1870’s schoolhouse has been converted into a cozy, modern home with comfortable furniture and a rustic-yet-chic interior design perfect for your upcoming trip. Our home is close to Greenport village and excellent wineries. There is endless entertainment in the living room, outfitted with a flat-screen Roku TV, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and board game collection. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with all the cookware you need for a homemade meal.
The space
Inside you will find a well appointed house with everything you need for your North Fork getaway.
1st Floor: A large open floor plan living/dining area with a large sectional sofa, daybed, large TV, games, and a large dining table that seats 10. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and cookware for any dish you want to prepare. There is a half bath with beach towels available for use.
2nd Floor: There are 3 private bedrooms, each with air conditioning (in season). There is a full bathroom equipped with plenty of towels.
If the outdoors is what you are seeking, step outside to the large private fenced in yard with a view of the neighboring flower farm. The outdoor space is outfitted with a small deck with a table and two chairs so conversations can be had while someone is cooking at the BBQ. Step down to the grass area where there is a large patio table complete with seating for 8 people.
When dinner’s done, you can swap stories and s’mores around the fire pit.
