Beautiful Waterfront Condo at Boca Grande North - A Serene, Happy Space!

Beautiful and relaxing waterfront condo ready for you and your family to enjoy and make fantastic memories!! Fully renovated!! The views are amazing and natural setting is absolutely beautiful!! Located directly on the Gulf of America and Intercoastal Waterway. Please note that the condo, porches and outside areas are non-smoking. Come watch for dolphins every morning from the porch as you sip your coffee, and see the pelicans dive for fish, or be on the lookout for the local manatee that swims these waters. They say he's as big as a Volkswagen! Don't forget to explore the waters during low tide where you will find shells and other wildlife right out back! Enjoy the beautiful 7 miles of beaches and trails of Boca Grande Island with endless seashells, amazing world class fishing, bike riding, and shopping at one of the quaint shoppes of Boca Grande (including Lily Pulitzer) ... or just relax and enjoy the unbelievable sunrises as you wake up on the bay side, and the amazing sunsets over the Gulf on Mexico right across the street. Bring along your boat as there are slips available for rent just behind our condo (walking distance) that have water, electric, fish cleaning tables, and boat trailer parking onsite. Use the biking, walking/running/golf cart paths to travel the trail which covers the entire island (7 miles). Explore the many restaurants or go fishing. Boca Grande waters have a huge variety of fish onshore and offshore, and is the Tarpon fishing capital of the US! There are grills outside outside to cook your catch. Days can be spent exploring or relaxing by the heated pool, hot tub, ping pong or playing on our 2 pickle ball/tennis courts, or at many great pickle ball facilities in the area (Englewood Sports Complex, Punta Gorda Pickleplex). Our newly renovated clubhouse includes a gym, card room, office (shared for guest use), and living room/kitchen area.
Spend the evenings at the marina or downtown having a fabulous dinner with cocktails at one of the many quaint and historical restaurants. There's no fast food on the island, but if you have to have it , the mainland has it just a few minutes drive to many more restaurants, supermarkets and shopping. There is also live entertainment almost every night nearby at Stump Pass (Lighthouse Grille) or Englewood Beach (many places!).

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath second floor condo comfortably sleeps 6 adults and comes with all the amenities for an enjoyable, restful, and memorable stay. The property includes a pool, hot tub, tennis courts with pickle ball, beach and sun deck. There are boat slips for rent onsite (parking for boat trailers) with local bike, kayak and golf cart rentals within walking distance. Our golf cart is available for rental for an additional fee.

The condo is equipped with everything needed to just show up with your clothes and be ready for adventures and make memories that will last a lifetime. Our kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, a chef's island and anything you will need for cooking! If we don't have it just let us know, and we will get it. Dine on the screened in porch overlooking the blue waters while sipping wine. Full size washer/dryer/dishwasher. All the comforts of home. Fully stocked with towels and extra pillows and blankets. Bring your blue ray movies to enjoy a night of movie watching and relaxing. Beach chairs and sand toys are available to use.
