Thank you for your feedback—we’re genuinely glad you enjoyed the space, found it as described, and appreciated the walkable neighborhood and our responsiveness. To clarify, we specifically asked for your approval before confirming the adjacent event, and you agreed it would be okay. We would never have moved forward with hosting the event if you had expressed any hesitation. We also discussed the bathroom situation at that time, and to thank you for your understanding, we offered compensation in your preferred form—food and beverage—which included two high-quality bottles of wine you told us you had never tried before. Given our open communication, mutual connection, and warm in-person rapport, we’re a bit surprised to see this concern raised here after the fact. We take our role as hosts seriously and strive to always be upfront, fair, and respectful. While we regret any inconvenience, we also believe that mutual respect extends beyond private conversation and into public forums.
