The Space:

Las Palmas is a duplex property; each unit is rented individually. This listing is for Las Palmas Unit B. Experience the perfect coastal getaway at this beautiful 3-bedroom 2.5-bathroom beach house in Surfside Beach. Designed to comfortably accommodate families or groups of friends, this home features a bright and inviting layout. The primary bedroom and secondary bedroom each offer a plush queen bed for restful nights, while the dedicated bunk room provides flexible sleeping arrangements. Guests have access to two full bathrooms and one convenient half bathroom. The open living space flows seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, and coffee maker. Step outside to enjoy the private patio area, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.

Guest will have each unit to themselves or can book both together. Please note this listing is for Unit B.

Other Things to Note:

- There is a charcoal grill on-site with proper grilling utensils.

-Early Check In/Late Check out is available for an additional 50 dollars upon approval this is only valid 24 hours prior to your check in date if there is not a same day turn over. Any guests that are not granted late check out and do not check out by the check-out time will be charged the additional fee.



- Outside Shower/Water Hose - There is an outdoor shower and accessible water hose!



-Pet Policy Pet Fee: $115 for up to 2 dogs

Additional Dogs: $75 per dog

Maximum number of dogs may apply and must be approved before arrival

Dogs only – No cats or other animals are permitted



-We are on the City of Surfside’s water. There can be an occasional sulphur smell. There is also an additional RO system at the sink for your convenience when cooking, however we still recommend bringing drinking water and ice.
