Please be mindful of the French doors. They do not have stoppers, so we recommend keeping them fully closed when not in use to prevent damage.

Kindly keep track of all remote controls for the air-conditioning units and televisions.

Living by the beach is amazing, but sand can be a challenge.

Please brush off as much sand as possible before using the outdoor shower drain, as excess sand can cause clogs.
Please also brush off sand before entering the pool and the house.

If anything is damaged or broken during your stay, please notify the Property Manager as soon as possible so it can be addressed promptly.
