Our 2 bedroom house sits a stones throw away from one of the most gorgeous beaches in the BVI.
The master suite opens on to an extended balcony with an expansive seating area to enjoy the views of the surrounding islands. The outside area includes teak loungers and dining furniture and a tropical garden adjacent to the beach.
The house comfortably sleeps 4 people in two double rooms. If your group is larger please let us know the ages to see if the property fits your group.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Tortola and our stay at the Brewers Bay Beach House. It was secluded and gorgeous. We swam/snorkeled in the Bay. The house was clean and provided everything we needed.

Words can't really describe how wonderful our trip was to the Brewer's Bay Beach House! It is literally Heaven on earth and we are already planning our next trip back. Judy makes the planning very easy by providing tons of great info. Mobbsie met us at the ferry dock and led us to the house...he was most gracious, knowledgeable and we just loved him! The house and the setting are both absolutely beautiful and we felt at home from the moment we arrived. We provisioned groceries that were there when we arrived so that was nice as we arrived later in the evening and didn't need to head out for dinner or breakfast. The house has everything you need to prepare food. It's also very clean and has all the equipment for paddleboarding, snorkeling and the such. Our favorite part was enjoying our coffee on the upper balcony each morning, and enjoying the rainbow that appears above Brewer's Bay many mornings. You definitely need a 4-wheel drive to get to the property, but that's part of the charm. We enjoyed driving to nearby Cane Garden Bay and Banakeets for meals and some shopping...the roads are a bit tricky but definitely doable. We paddle boarded over to Nicole's Beach Bar a couple of times for a burger and a drink and that was wonderful. We also hired a masseuse to come to the property for a massage, Judy helped us with recommendations for this. It was a glorious trip, and as mentioned, we'll definitely be back!

Highly recommend!! The house was clean and cozy with everything we needed for our stay, the GORGEOUS beach is literally steps from the door, and Judy was so helpful with tips for restaurants, grocery stores and even recommended a phenomenal charter boat we spent one of our days on.

The perfect vacation!

I have been looking forward to this trip for a year and it did not disappoint! Having a place directly on the beach with gorgeous snorkeling steps away from the house was absolutely amazing! No need to wait for my teenagers to be motivated to get ready/get in the car/go somewhere else; when I wanted to be in the water, I could just step outside and swim. It was delightful and eliminated so much schedule stress that can happen on a family trip. The sunsets were stunning! We had great weather, and the water was calm almost every single day. Loved watching the pelicans and gulls right outside. The beds were comfortable and it was wonderful having A/C in the bedrooms. You definitely want to rent a four-wheel-drive or all wheel drive - the roads are steep and a little tricky, but honestly, we barely left the house because we had so much beauty directly in front of us. We brought some food with us and had the rest delivered from the local grocery store and made great use of the kitchen and gas grill. I could have saved some room in my luggage and not packed snorkeling fins - they had a great selection of gear available to use. I’m already planning when we can go back. Such a magical vacation!

Island Relaxation to Perfection!

After visiting St. John for many years, this was our first trip to Tortola. This villa and it’s unique location are exceptional! The peaceful and quiet mornings, the virtually deserted beach right at your footsteps, as much sun and shade throughout the day as you want, and absolutely amazing sunsets. The villa has everything you’ll need inside and out for a very comfortable stay. It’s a short, though adventurous, drive to Road Town and many of the popular destinations.

Fleeing the snow.

It was a lovely stay with beautiful views. Mobbsie was fantastic and housekeeper Rosie fulfilled my cleaning request. 3-star for cleanliness because although overall excellent, kitchen cabinets needed a good cleaning especially the cabinet handles. Rosie did take care of this. Thank you Rosie .. 3-star for location/neighborhood - a lot of usage of the access gate at the side of the house by others and the neighbors dogs do bark a lot throughout the day. Also power went out for a while over 4-days of our stay, gas ran out and the roads throughout the island are something else. Mobbsie had to guide us back to the house first time out as we got lost. lol Thank you Mobbsie! Bed was very comfortable. 4-stars overall and we enjoyed our stay.

Amazing Location in Paradise

Brewer’s Bay Beach Home is an amazing place to stay for relaxing in Paradise! Where else can you stay with an awesome beach just steps from your home? The colors of the aqua Caribbean waters are amazing. Snorkeling right where you are. We saw quite a variety of fish. If you are looking for a beautiful, relaxing get away this is the place. Definitely follow the recommendations to rent a 4-wheel drive. The roads are definitely an adventure. on

Absolute dream!

The location of this house absolutely cannot be beat! We had a jam packed itinerary planned, but nothing compared to the private beach and convenience of the house, so most days we chose to stay and enjoy the house. Truly, the most stunning house on the most beautiful, calm beach. We all had a blast snorkeling, paddle boarding, building sand castles, and the house was perfect for traveling with 2 young children (7 and 10). Every single morning, we couldn’t believe the stunning view we woke up to!

Delightful Stay on Brewers Bay

We loved our stay on Brewers Bay! The location and views are great! The only downside to staying on the water is the bugs. A/C units worked well and kept us cool inside. Mobbsie was great to work with and went above and beyond to help us when our crappy car from Avis broke down on us at the ferry port. Thanks for a great stay!

Paradise Part II

This was our second time staying at the Brewer's Bay Beach House with our two teenage daughters and our small dog, and everything about it - location, size, creature comforts, host and property manager continue to be wonderful. The consistently helpful and friendly property manager assisted with the delivery of groceries before our arrival, and the house was in pristine condition. The house's location on the beautiful beach is an incredible asset, and except to go scuba diving and shop in Road Town, everything we wanted to do to relax - take walks on the beach, snorkel, paddle board - were steps away.The host, Judy, and her family could not be more friendly and responsive. We feel very fortunate to have had the opportunity to vacation here again.

Beautiful Location

The location of this property is stunning! The pelican "show" was fun to watch every day. Its a bit of an adventure getting to the property (especially when it rains!) but no problem with 4wd vehicle. Easy drive to Cane Garden Bay, Long Bay Beach and Smugglers Cove.

As Good as it Gets

Half way through our stay, someone in our group remarked about the house, location, and view, “I’m not sure what could get any better.” Its true. This is a great house at an amazing location. As advertised if not even better…. The access roads are steep and not for the faint of heart, but that is one of the reasons why the house and adjacent beach are so wonderfully remote. There is really no reason to leave, but we did pull ourselves away for a day trip to the Baths and Soggy Dollar Bar. Highly recommend. We hope to be back, sooner rather than later.

Best Vacation House Ever!

My wife, twin 17 year old daughters, and small dog, Buddy, had one of our best vacations in large part due to this beautiful house, its incredible oceanfront location, and the super helpful hosts. The hosts, Judy and Chris, replied immediately to all our questions ahead of our arrival, and as a result our rental car was waiting for us when we arrived at the Road Town ferry terminal, our refrigerator and pantry were fully stocked with items we purchased online, and the BVI govt veterinarian was waiting at the ferry terminal to do a final certification approval for Buddy. Mobbsie, the house manager, also met us at the ferry terminal and lead us to the house - the roads as others have pointed out do take some getting used to - but we found that our Waze app worked fine - and in short order we knew our away around this wonderful island. Situated right on a beautiful, but little used beach, we had morning and evening walks on the beach, snorkeled and rented some diving equipment that was delivered to the house. The house is beautifully appointed and comes with everything we needed. The AC and fans in the bedrooms made our nights very comfortable, and the Wifi allowed our graduate student to do some studying when she wasn't in the water or playing on the beach with Buddy. Sincere thanks to Judy and Chris and their lovely family who we had the good fortune to encounter at random times throughout our stay.

Great House and Beach.... Amazing!

Judy's Brewers Bay Beach House was amazing! Even better than the great reviews! The house was perfect for my wife, 16 year old son, and me. It is a beautiful 2-story right on the beach. The time spent relaxing on the front porch both will be remembered forever (wish I was still there...) The small fenced in yard is picturesque. The water is calm and beautiful with gentle waves washing up on rocks in front of the house. The beach is amazing. We had it to ourselves other than the friendly neighbors out for a daily walk or the occasional fisherman. The drive to Cane Garden Bay and Rode Town were easy for the restaurant/bars and shopping. Island Time provided a great rental car. Mr. Green's taxi was a great help to and from the airport. And Mobsie was a great host and very responsive. We have traveled extensively in the Carribean and this was our third trip to the Virgin Islands...This house and island are right at the top of our list! Amazing house, beach and island!

House is Amazing, its Location Divine!

If you are looking for a peaceful getaway, this house will not disappoint! Beachfront in beautiful Brewer's Bay. You have the beach essentially all to yourself. We did not book other activities, and after getting to this house we were so glad, because we didn't want to leave. House is well equipped with all essentials for living and enjoying the beach. Chairs, cooler, paddleboards are all included. We had such a relaxing vacation, we cannot wait to go back to Brewers Bay House!

Amazing Experience

We couldn't be happier with our experience the Beach House. Steps away from the ocean, we spent most of our time either paddle boarding or snorkeling. We took our 2 small children (6&4) and they had the best time of their lives. We can't wait to go back.

Hidden treasure on the beach!

We just spent the most relaxing week on Tortola in this really special rental that is directly on the beach! My husband and I spent the entire visit enjoying all the house has to offer. We had groceries delivered before we arrived and only left the house two times to pick up a couple of items at the Riteway in Road Town. As others have said, driving on Tortola isn't for everyone. Fortunately, Mobbsie met us when we arrived and we followed him to the house. Would definitely recommend this rental!

The setting on the beach was superb. The house, appliances, and linens were quality and comfortable.

Chris and Judy (owners) communicate very well and promptly. The house could not be better. Peace, privacy, view snorkeling out front steps. We are already talking about when we can return.

Long term residents of the BVI and water lovers, we discovered the Beach House when exploring the surrounding shore line. We were very fortunate to be able to make it our second home in the BVI. We are long term residents in the BVI. Chris was born and raised here and when he is not directing ships he is sailing them...Judy moved to the BVI in 2000 from her native UK and is a keen swimmer and paddle boarder. Their 2 teenage sons are keen watersports enthusiasts and can be seen paddleboarding, sailing or fishing in the Bay.

Beauty and tranquility, the ability to live by the water in comfort, lie in the hammock in the lush garden, take an early morning dip, snorkel the reef that is steps from the property, take a hike to nearby attractions, or just take in the view and watch the pelicans swoop and dive..

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We fell in love with our property that Is very unique being right next to the water and having a beautiful flat garden that our children could play in and with plenty of space to relax and dine al fresco. The Beach is not easily accessible to the public so it is often deserted. The neighbourhood is friendly and peaceful whilst the location is still close to Road Town and several good quality shops and restaurants.
