Enjoy captivating sunrises over Ramā€™s Head and sunsets into Chocolate Hole.

Expansive, panoramic ocean postcard views and the unspoiled greenbelt of the National Park await you at every turn. Few properties on St. John can rival the dramatic natural beauty of this location. Elegant and spacious, Sol Inclination is extraordinarily private, YET less than 3.5 miles to the center of Cruz Bay shopping and dining. This villa's premier quality and exceptional design are evident throughout. Polished granite, travertine and glass mosaic tiles cover all surfaces. Eight-foot mahogany interior doors, Weather Shield mahogany-interior doors and windows (fully screened) and mahogany details throughout lend a warm and rich feel. The custom design, state-of-the-art appliances, fixtures, and electronics found throughout will pamper you.

Travertine tiled stairs and paths wind you through the two masonry buildings and stunning outdoor living areas nestled among native stone formations. Lush, vibrantly colorful landscaping and native stonework surround you.

The two level Great House holds the living, dining and kitchen areas, two equally luxurious master ensuites, office, half bath, laundry room, as well as huge upper and lower covered verandas. Just a few steps from the Great House lawn you will find the knife-edge swimming pool, spacious sundecks and Jacuzzi spa ā€“ all with forever sunrise to sunset views. The Great House interior living space is 2920 square ft. and the exterior decking is 1700 square ft.

The Guest House interior living space is 1040 square ft. which features 2 California King ensuites, mahogany kitchenette (sink, microwave, blender and fridge),as well as a large covered veranda. This prestigious villa, with over 5,000 square ft. of living space is ideal for one, or two families.

The living room features 8'x 8' French doors that open out to the covered veranda and large 6ā€™X 4ā€™ windows which take advantage of the views and plenty of sunshine. An oversized sofa covered with plump cushions & pillows - all cozy woven fabrics.
The price is based on the number of people who occupy the property. Nightly rate is based on a 1-4 occupancy. Each additional guest above 4 is charged a per person per nights fee. Please enter the correct TOTAL number of guests including children when booking the property. Only paying guests are allowed on the property.

The house was as advertised. Great views across the property. The upper & lower units were very comfortable and well equipped. A few minor issues were quickly answered, communicated and remedied. One of the best properties we have stayed in of the many we have rented across the Island.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The home was beautiful and the perfect setup for our family, especially having the guest house for our older kids. Waking up to that view and having coffee on the balcony or by the pool was one of our favorite parts of the trip. After full days exploring St. John, the pool and hot tub were exactly what we needed. The house had everything we could have asked for and was in a great location. We canā€™t wait to come back. This place is truly one of a kind.

This place is a slice of heaven! The views were spectacular and the villa was beautiful inside and out. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub after each day of exploring the island. The sunrises and sunsets canā€™t be beat from this location. Beth, the property manager, was always very responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay here again, and I will be recommending it to all our friends. The Shanghai-La of St. John!

What a view!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sol Inclination. The home and grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. The views are just incredible!! The property manager Beth made check in and check out a breeze. Beds are super comfortable. Kitchen is very well appointed. Weā€™ve rented many vacation homes over the years, and this one is right up there at the top of our all time list. Just a special place on a special island.

Wonderful Experience

This property is exactly as you see it online. It sits high above all other properties with spectacular views. Very private and gated. Great location, only 10-15 minutes from Cruz Bay. The whole family had an amazing time. This property did not disappoint.

Amazing Views

The villa is perched at the very top overlooking Fish Bay . Stunning views where you can catch the sunrise and sunset. The villa is very clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need for your stay in St. John. (snorkel gear, beach towels, chairs, etc) The villa is a good 15-20 min from town. The infinity pool (not real large, but good) was amazing and we made good use of that.

Absolutely fabulous accommodations how the villa was furnished. Did not need a thing! Views, sunrises, sunsets, etc couldnā€™t have been better. What I loved the best? The Sonos sound system ROCKED! Great internet connection. Only issue we had was trying to work the Roku or satellite system. Driving in the dark off the top of the mountain was a bit of a challenge, much better heading upwards but it is up there a ways. I would not recommend for families with small children as all bedrooms are master ensuites with king sized beds. BUT one of the nicest villas we have rented on STJ. Just sad to see such an increase in price after what we booked it for as we looked at coming back next December. Absolutely TOP NOTCH, well appointed villa. Landscaping and pool renovation-he did well!

Wonderful property

This is a wonderful place. Exactly as depicted. Amazing perch in the sky, quality property in every way. Handsome, generous rooms for all. Well stocked kitchen. Great place to hang out every day by the pool, and also a perfectly reasonable starting point for your day of adventures in the national park, Coral Bay, Cruz Bay, wherever. That first drive up to the mountain-top is a bit hairy, but you will get used to it! Be sure to rent a new-er Jeep or Bronco, so you have confidence in your tires and gears and brakes! Very responsive and kind property management as well.

Beyond Anything

I rented this place so my fiancee and I could get engaged ( its our second time around so we spent money on getting engaged instead of a wedding). Long story short this place is beyond amazing. By the third day we came back early and spend the afternoons and sunsets on top of west side of the island with views from the pool looking down both ways on the west side...simply breathtaking!! The main house is so NICE inside and the kitchen is to die for if you cook...everything imaginable you need to fix a meal of any type. The bedrooms are nice sized, beds soft and bathrooms with walk in showers. The grounds very well taken care of and thoughtfully laid out esp the pool having the views of the entire west coast line. The drive up to this place is better suited for a jeep but once u get there... Already planning a return trip next year to bring our kids ( college age) to enjoy this. Words dont do this place and the views justice but I tried!!

Sol inclination is even more beautiful than the pictures show. The views were amazing and the pool was perfect. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again. Anything you might need was stocked (i.e. towels, beach chairs and coolers) except shampoo. The drive up the hill is a bit hairy so make sure you have a confident driver and 4WD!

All of the 5 star reviews are well-deserved! The property is spacious and well kept. The views are jaw-dropping. We had ample room for 6 adults and one teen. We arrived to a spotless house and any questions or concerns we had were addressed promptly and professionally. The details were not overlooked ā€” great sheets and towels, access to ample good quality beach chairs, fun selection of games and books, etc. Highly recommend!!

Great House with spectacular view

Checking in was so easy. Eric met us at the car rental and we followed him. Driving to the property was a little tough due to curves and steepness. But it was worth it. Would recommend the property

Amazing family vacation!

My husband and I have stayed in multiple homes on the island and this was by far the best yet. The location was perfect, the home was situated on top of the mountain with the most breathtaking views. The house was fully stoked and ready for us to stay without any worry ! I would love to go back again. It was comfortable for myself and another couple ! We had an issue with the showers on the first night and the manager was right on top of it and they were corrected the next morning. Loved it all together! Highly recommended

Heavenly vacation

I traveled w my 2 children and their families in late Nov, 9 of us total. Our stay at Ol Inclination was perfect. Best views on the south side, beautiful property, property managers were great to work with. Very generous supplies of cleaning products and kitchen essentials provided, even sunscreen, Yeti coolers and beach chairs. We loved it at Sol Inclination and will stay again. You need a Jeep to get up the steep roads, but well worth it.

Best Birthday Ever

The trip was booked for my 60th birthday. The property couldn't have been more perfect. The main house is spacious and has a excellent appointed kitchen complete with sharp cutlery and a salad spinner. The cottage was perfect for two adults and two children. The pool was also in constant use with the kids. the hot tub perfect for the adults. The views of course were spectacular. The property manager was accessible and met all of our needs with a prompt response. Thank you to all involved for helping create a memorable stay

Amazing!

My husband and I brought our 6 kids and it was such an incredible experience! The road to the house is a bit much (I legit had a paralyzing panic attack driving up there and Iā€™m used to Colorado mountains) BUT it is so worth the drive! And the panic attack! The VIEWS!! And the owner is a gem to work with! Definitely 100% refer!
