**During the summer months, Southwest Florida can get very hot. Heat indexes into the 100s is not uncommon. Our central A/C unit in this classic home can only do so much during these times and local utilities suggest keeping the indoor temp around 78 in the heat of summer. (Still feels great compared to the outdoor temps) Please understand that even if you try to turn the A/C down to 68 it may never be able to get that low in those high heat index periods.

Due to insurance purposes we do not allow gatherings at the home with more people than are on the reservation and who are staying at the property. Thank you for understanding.

Parties are not permitted. Noise monitoring is in place. Enjoy yourselves, we just ask to be courteous to the neighbors on this peaceful street.

Please do not touch the pool heater. You can and will be charged $100 a night, every night of your stay if you turn the pool heat up. The pool is heated to 86° (sometimes it doesn’t always sustain in the colder winter days but it is heating), just a reminder it is not a hot tub.
Please be courteous of the neighbors when it comes to noise. Thank you!

The pool heater runs until 6:30 pm every day, then starts again each morning. This ensures the pool heater/pump does not wear out or break. Please do not try to tamper with the pool heater in any way. Thank you!

Please do not leave open garage door or garage entry door while mini-split air conditioning is running in the garage.
