Located in the coveted Gold Coast Estates, this upscale waterfront retreat offers four private bedroom suites with 5-zone climate control — individually adjustable for each suite and living area.


Enjoy a stunning 17 m (54 ft) infinity pool with disappearing-edge spa and a spacious two-level sun deck spanning 25.2 m. The mosaic-tiled spa sparkles like a jewel, perfect for both kids and adults. The oversized dock accommodates boats up to 80 ft and features a tiki hut from which you’ll often see the dolphins — the inspiration for this home’s name.


This luxurious Caribbean-Mediterranean-style masterpiece spans approx. 12,939 sq ft of indoor/outdoor living, with 3,069 sq ft under air on one single level, ideal for families or groups of friends.

Three of the four suites have direct pool access. Two, the Antigua and Barbados Suites, are equal-size master suites with ensuite bathrooms. The Coca-Cola Suite and Route 66 Suite each include direct bathroom access, and the Route 66 suite also has a 46” Panasonic HDTV (the masters have 60” Sony HDTVs). The fourth suite offers 2 XL twin beds, combineable to a king. Additional queen inflatable beds available on request.


Boaters love the easy access — just a 2-minute boat ride to the Caloosahatchee River with no locks or bridges (“Direct Sailboat Access”). The wide canal also attracts dolphins, stingrays, tarpon (especially in spring), and winter manatees. Having owned a boat rental business for over 10 years, we can warmly guide you about rentals and best practices.


Built using the ICF® (Insulating Concrete Form) system, the house features sound and thermal insulation, energy efficiency, allergen-friendly surfaces, and is extremely sturdy.

Electricity Charges

Electric usage is billed at $0.15 per kWh, to be paid by the guest.

Your property manager will show you how to monitor usage at any time during your stay.

Actual costs depend on guest count, weather, and habits — typically between $60 and $300/week.

Security: Ring Doorbell plus two audio Ring cameras monitor the driveway and entrance — for your peace of mind.

The house was beautiful and wonderful for a relaxing stay!

We had a very enjoyable stay and loved spending time by and in the pool. That alone was enough for a great stay. There was active wildlife activity in the canal and fun to watch dolphins during morning coffee and see fish off the dock all day. The inside of the house was beautiful and had everything needed for the stay. Working with both Heidi and Sigrid was friendly and easy.

Amazing Property

We have rented homes in Cape Coral for 13 years and this property exceeded any expectations we could have had…so much so that we have rebooked for next year and can’t wait to be back next year!! Although we typically like to have bikes available this home made up for not having these with the amazing accommodations and nearby bike rentals are easy. Thank you Dolphin View for our new home away from home!!

Spring break 2025

We loved the house and would definitely stay here again. The 2 master suites were nice for extended families vacationing together. Pool was even nicer than the pictures depict. Loved having such a long pool with varied depths. The dock was wonderful for the boaters and fishermen in our group. Caught many large channel catfish and even hooked a tarpon. Enjoyed watching all the wildlife in the mornings - dolohin, manatees, tarpon and birds. Nighttime fish light was fun as well. Great location - quick ride out to the open gulf by boat. Can't wait to come back!

Great home for families

The house was as advertised, the property manager Dennis was a delight to work with he was very responsive to any and all questions we had. We saw dolphins and manatees outside our dock which was a first for us and we’ve traveled to Cape Coral the last 6 years. We were not able to use the garage which we made do. A bit surprised by our end use electricity charge. Overall would definitely stay again

Such a great experience

It was a beautiful home and in a great location. This was where my family had their summer vacation and it was a wonderful experience. Heidi, the owner and the property manager, were both great communicators and followed up quickly. All questions were answered promptly. It was very clean, organized and the pool was spectacular. I would highly recommend these folks, the location and the home. A wonderful experience.

Will Continue to be Repeat Guests!

This property is amazing and exactly what you want in a Florida home! This is our second time staying here and we are already looking at booking again next year. We rent all the time but this is the only house we have ever insisted in booking again. House is big and perfect for families. There are 2 primary bedrooms on either “wing” of the house and one wing has 2 additional rooms, one perfect for young children. THE POOL AND DECK ARE BETTER THAN THE PICTURES. If you’re looking for a place to hang all day and still enjoy Florida, this is the only house for you. Can’t wait to come back next year.

Vacation Family Trip

The property was great. The pool was very clean and the beds very comfortable. It was kid friendly (high chair, pack n play, and fence for pool). The property manager was friendly and helpful when we had questions on how to use the pool. The only thing we noticed was we were charged with using the electric on our stay there (meter was taken picture when we checked in and out). It was pretty pricey enough and then had to pay that before we could check out. Great place otherwise.

Pool/Spa Not Working

The house was very nice, it stated it slept 12 but it did not state 4 people would have to sleep on air mattresses or couches. The spa did not work 5 out of 6 nights until we contacted the property owner and the manager of the pool company came to repair it and show us how it works. Very frustrating when we booked this property over others for the pool/spa

Superior in every way!

The house is as advertised - roomy - well appointed - fabulous pool / lanai/ dock space!RoomsTwo master suites each with king sized beds and extremely spacious private baths / walk-in closets.3rd room has king bed and privare bath as well.4th room has two twin beds.Each room has ceiling fans and upgraded TV’sPool area is entirely screened in - dock is very large and has seating etc outside!Highly recommend this property - The house sits at back end of neighborhood with limited street traffic. Very quiet.For those who want to go out to eat drink etc / endless options on Cape Coral and fort Myers.We were there for over a month and cooked at home frequently - kitchen is well appointed with higher end pots/ pans / knives etc.We bring our own spices etc and as imagined - there are plenty of food stores (Publix / Costco etc) close by!Property owner and property manager are extremely professional and attentive. We had no issue’s whatsoever!Great experience all around!

Gorgeous Home With An Amazing Pool

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, as the home is beautiful and the pool was stunning! The neighborhood is quite nice and watching the activity in the canal during the mornings was a real treat. There are plenty of stores and restaurants nearby, but the neighborhood itself is very quiet, which was great. The only issue we encountered is that the spa/hot tub heater was broke the entire time, which is why I’m giving this a 4-star rating rather than 5 stars. Other than that, the experience was wonderful.

Comparable to 5 star luxury resort

This is a very beautiful home. You can tell the quality of the house and all of it's contents are high end. We spent every day in the pool and spent most of our time hanging out under the lanai. The location is great to stores, beaches, & restaurants. Sanibel Island is a quick drive as is Fort Myers. The house manager, Sven, was great with answering any of our questions as well as Heidi, the co-owner. The house has lots of amenities. Folding chairs /umbrellas/cooler for a trip to the beach. There are pool toys (which we added chair floats). They have games, puzzles, books, etc. The kitchen is pretty stocked with utensils, cookware, containers, platters, etc. The pantry is cleared out probably due to covid. Tissues, towels, dish detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags are all supplied in the house. Paper towels, toilet paper (1 roll provided), napkins will need to be purchased. There are plenty of towels for the beach and pool. If you are looking for a gorgeous house with boat access 5 minutes from the main waterway ...this is the place to stay. Definitely worth using the dock and renting a boat for the week. They mention electricity due at end of week. Our bill was around $150. Plan max of $200. That pretty much sums up everything. Again, this is a gorgeous home that looks exactly as pictured. We had the best time ever. Would definitely stay again! A definite 5 star!!

BEST VACATION EVER!!

We LOVED the entire experience! Location: The house is in a neighborhood setting and felt very secure. We took long walks in the evening and everyone we ran into was very warm and welcoming. There are several grocery stores within a 10 min drive. If you go over the bridge (Midpoint) at rush hour expect a little slower commute but it's beautiful water to look at if you get hung up. Sanibel and Captiva are about 40-60 min away (Highly Recommend) if you feel like hitting the beach. The Property: This house is breathtaking! The layout is incredible and very open. We had the big glass door open most of the day and it feels like a high end resort villa. The main 3 bedrooms all walkout to the pool and they are very spacious with overly large bathrooms. There's another bedroom with 2 twin beds that seemed to be a great hang out for the younger kids. There's a lot of towels so you shouldn't run out. The kitchen is very well set up for cooking with plenty of dishes and cookware. High end appliances and a very nice Weber grill we used almost everyday. (Make sure you clean it spotless when you are done or it's a $50 charge). The pool is a little tricky so make sure you talk to the property manager before you start pushing buttons. Once we had it dialed in it was INCREDIBLE! Standing near the vanishing edge and checking out the river is HIGHLY recommended ;). The Dock & Marine Life: The tiki hut hang out at the dock is the best spot. There's a few more big chairs in the garage if you need them but make sure you chain them back up when you leave the dock as it can get windy. We always had coffee on the dock and from 7-10am there's ALWAYS something splashing in the water. Tarpon, Dolphins, Manatees, Birds, just to name a few. We caught and released several different species of fish off the dock. (Lots of Catfish on the bottom;) If you end up renting a boat there's plenty of space to dock, also make sure you get some good schooling on where to go in the big water because the river gets really shallow in certain spots. We stayed near shore and in the channels most of the time. Great property and boat views everywhere. Food: There's a lot of options if you don't like to cook. Most everything we ate was right on the main drag (Del Prado). Ford's Garage is a pretty cool restaurant about 10 min down the road. We also ordered delivery a few nights with no problems. Great House!

From beginning to end the experience was smooth; communications smooth. We love the house layout (best we’ve ever rented), the decor, location on the water with a most gorgeous pool. We would highly recommend this as a choice to anyone.

A Week in Luxury

What an absolute fabulous vacation, in an incredible luxury home! There wasn’t a thing we would want to do any differently! The neighborhood was safe and beautiful, close to shopping, grocery and restaurants! The house is just incredible with the finest decor, the bedding so luxurious, the showers out of this world, the bath towels and beach towels were thick and so soft! The outside living area is one of the most beautiful we have been to and we have been to several homes in Cape Coral! The pool and spa were the best by far and the deck was something we enjoyed everyday hours of dolphin watching (saw some everyday and even manatee) along with the boats through the canal, the sites are beautiful! The location was so close to many beaches including Ft Myers, Sanibel Island and Captiva! We didn’t eat out much because the kitchen was so enjoyable! However, we took a drive to Mucky Duck’s on Captiva! It was great food and the atmosphere with the sunset on the beach perfect! Thanks to Robert the property manager who answered the few questions we had immediately and to Heidi and Juergen for allowing us to stay in their beautiful home! Awesome time at the Dolphin view

What an amazing time we had at the Dolphin view property. We even saw some dolphins and Mantees by the canal each day. The house was so spacious, super clean and my family and i loved the pool and jacuzzi. The owners were super friendly and nice and the property manager was so sweet. My girls and I didn’t want to leave. Truly paradise !! We will really recommend this property to everyone.

All Expectations were surpassed

The communication with both the property owner and property manager were second to none. They were incredibly helpful from the moment of my initial inquiry to the moment we checked in/out. The description and photos of the house are incredibly accurate. The pool was amazing and the focal point for our family of 12 vacation. Don’t let the “pay for additional electric use” scare you as it is reasonable (roughly $10-12 a day) and Normal for rentals in Florida. There is not a single negative thing to say about this house, owner or manager. We hope to return in a few years. This was the BEST vacation house we ever booked. Thank you Heidi, Segrid and Sandra!

You may rent those three premium vacation rental homes only with us exclusively. No one else is allowed to sign any contracts for us.Take the chance and talk to us in person. We are well-known having an outstanding reputation on the Cape Coral vacation rental market. Since 2005 we have rented the first vacation rental house, which is in a peferct condition-like new. It is important to us to talk to our customers individually to find out the demands regarding the vacation rental house and to fulfill those requests. Our vacation rental houses in Cape Coral have an outstanding and extended equipment which you barely find in any vacation home. We make sure that you are able to get a high level comfortable house to conveniently spending their vacations in our homes. Some important factors for the convenience of our guests is the 4 or 5-zone A/C which you can control individually in each bedroom and the great rooms, first class beddings (on request German duvet beddings of the market leader), the high end kitchen which features Villeroy & Boch dinnerware, Fissler “pro“ cooking pots, cutleries from BSF, Germany. Features are home cinema, wall mounted big flat screen tvs and complementary WLAN. We take care that our guests wishes are considered and the guest love to spend also their future vacations in one of our vacation homes in Cape Coral. Our local property manager takes care about you during your stay. All houses we advertized are licensed to be rented. The license is issued by the Florida Department & Business Professional Regulation, Tallahassee - License # DWE4605801. We are members of the Cape Coral Chamber of Commerce–Member ID 41324.

We offer a high end premium vacation rental house featuring an individually designed and very comfortable pool & spa area of 54 ft length, located just 2 minutes from the river. This house offers everything you might think of.
Do not hesitate and talk to us to get all information you wish to have. As we and our Caribbean Island Dolphin View are well-know it is easy to contact us to find a great vacation home out of several Cape Coral Rental Houses.

A/C can be controlled indivdually in each room. Roomy outdoor area with disappearing edge pool and spa (can be heated electrically), south direction. Direct Gulf access, no lock.

We are kids-friendly !
• In this vacation home you find the following features which you might like to know if you have kids:
o Baby Barrier Fence to divide the pool from the lanai – this
helps you avoiding that a child might get into the pool.
There is still plenty of room on the lanai if the fence is on
and you still have a nice view.
o Children’s cutlery from BSF
o unbreakable childrens plates and baby and children’s cups
o Potty seat
o Child proof electric outlets on the entire premises
o Baby bed and booster can be rented from our property
manager for a service fee of USD 25 for both of them for the
entire stay
o Kids games are in the game room / also for adults


The house is allergy-friendly, a non-smoing house, tiles throughout. The house was built with ICF blocks (ICF=INSULATING CONCRETE FORM), which gives greater comfort due to stable temperature throughout the home.
ICF walls reduce air infiltration by 75%: The effects of hay fever, asthma, and other airborne allergies can be greatly alleviated. The house is quieter.
ICF walls allow less than one-third as much sound to pass through than regular frame walls. A house built with ICF block is considered to be earthquake, tornado and hurricant resistant. A study of Texas Tech University proves that wall built with Insulating Concrete Forms withstand the damage and projectiles launched by tornado or hurricane strength winds
